Claims (12)
- Mélangeur comprenant un bâti (2) pourvu d'une colonne (3) sur laquelle est montée coulissant longitudinalement, au moyen d'un système monte et baisse (4), un ensemble (12) supportant une tête de mélange (5), caractérisé en ce que ledit système monte et baisse comprend un bouton d'actionnement (6) mobile entre deux positions actives, respectivement une position monte et une position baisse, ledit bouton étant agencé pour actionner un frein (16) par l'intermédiaire d'une came (9), entre une position de freinage dans laquelle l'ensemble (12) est maintenu immobile, et une position libre dans laquelle l'ensemble (12) peut coulisser le long de la colonne (3), ledit système monte et baisse comprenant en outre un câble (18) fixé d'une part au bâti (2) et d'autre part à la came (9), et un dispositif de contrainte en tension du câble (19) lors du mouvement relatif de l'ensemble (12) par rapport au bâti (2), de sorte à contraindre le frein (16) en position de freinage lorsque le bouton (6) est en position inactive.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la came (9) est montée en rotation autour d'un axe transversal (10), et en ce que le bouton (6) est solidaire en translation d'un galet (7) qui est disposé dans une gorge (8) prévue dans ladite came de sorte, par appui du galet (7) contre ladite gorge (8), à transformer un mouvement de translation longitudinale du bouton (6) en mouvement de rotation de la came (9).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la gorge (8) comprend deux rampes (11 ) longitudinales dont les pentes sont sensiblement opposées de sorte qu'un mouvement de translation longitudinale vers le haut ou vers le bas du bouton (6) entraíne l'appui du galet (7) respectivement contre l'une des rampes (11) afin de transformer les mouvements de translation longitudinale du bouton (6) en un mouvement de rotation de la came (9) dans un seul sens.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (10) de la came (9) est disposé au voisinage du centre de ladite came, la gorge (8) étant prévue au voisinage de l'extrémité inférieure avant de ladite came et le câble (18) étant fixé au voisinage de l'extrémité supérieure arrière de ladite came.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le frein (16) est associé à la face arrière de la came (9), au dessus de l'axe de rotation (10).
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le système monte et baisse (4) comprend en outre des galets de guidage (13, 14, 15) de la translation de l'ensemble (12) sur la colonne (3), le frein (16) comprenant un patin (17) qui, en position de freinage, appui sur l'un des galets (13) de sorte à empêcher la translation.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que trois galets de guidage (13, 14, 15) sont prévus, un premier galet (13) disposé en regard de la came (9), sur lequel agit le patin (17), et deux galets (14, 15) disposé de l'autre coté de la colonne (3) de part et d'autre de la position longitudinale du premier galet (13), lesdits galets étant montés en rotation contre la colonne (3).
- Mélangeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de contrainte en tension du câble (19) comprend des poulies de renvoi (23, 24, 25) et un moyen télescopique d'ajustement de la conformation du câble à la position de l'ensemble (12).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une poulie de renvoi (23) est prévue au voisinage de l'extrémité supérieure arrière de la came (9), de sorte que le câble (18) exerce un effort essentiellement latéral sur la came (9).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le moyen télescopique exerce un effort de régulation du coulissement au moins dans un sens.
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen télescopique est formé d'un vérin (20) dont le corps (21) est associé au bâti (2) et dont l'extrémité de la tige (22) est pourvu d'une poulie de renvoi (25).
- Mélangeur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le vérin (20) est agencé, par expansion de la tige (22), pour fournir un effort d'assistance au coulissement vers le haut, et, par rétraction de la tige (22), pour fournir un effort d'amortissement au coulissement vers le bas.
