- la figure 1 représente une vue perspective de l'ensemble de la perche de télé actionnement seule ;
- la figure 2A est une vue en coupe longitudinale du manchon d'actionnement de l'outil en position de repos;
- la figure 2B est une vue en coupe longitudinale du manchon d'actionnement lors de l'actionnement de l'outil ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe transversale du manchon d'actionnement en position de repos ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe longitudinale partielle des éléments tubulaires de la perche de l'invention équipés de leurs manchons de verrouillage ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe longitudinale des moyens de fixation de l'outil ;
- la figure 6 est une vue de côté de l'extrémité de fixation de la perche d'actionnement et de l'outil y fixé, la tringlerie étant en position de repos ; et
- la figure 7 est une vue perspective de cette même extrémité et de l'outil y fixé, en position d'actionnement.
- le manchon de verrouillage 70 comporte un alésage axial taraudé 72 pouvant se visser sur une partie cylindrique externe filetée 63 du manchon de verrouillage 60,
- le manchon de verrouillage 70 comporte un alésage conique axial 71 en deçà de l'alésage taraudé 72 et le manchon de verrouillage 60 comporte, au-delà de sa partie cylindrique externe filetée 63, une jupe fendue 64 s'étendant le long de l'élément tubulaire intérieur 50 et se terminant par une surface conique agencée pour épouser l'alésage conique 71 du manchon 70, présentant une certaine élasticité, et assurer ainsi un effet de coin,
- quand on visse le manchon de verrouillage 70 sur le manchon de verrouillage 60 à l'endroit choisi de l'élément tubulaire 50, les languettes de fixation de la jupe 64, entre les fentes, sont serrées sur ledit élément tubulaire par l'alésage conique 71, ce qui, par effet de coin, solidarise l'élément tubulaire interne 50 au manchon de verrouillage 60 donc à l'élément tubulaire externe 40 en position relative par rapport à celui-ci.
Claims (16)
- Perche (1) de télé actionnement d'un outil à main (100) comportant, à une extrémité (10), des moyens (20, 21, 25, 30, 36 - 39) de fixation de l'outil, une tringlerie (11) d'actionnement (101) de l'outil, un manchon (12) d'actionnement de l'outil, agencé pour coulisser le long de la perche, et des moyens (13 - 19) pour solidariser le manchon d'actionnement (12) à la tringlerie (11).
- Perche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte au moins un élément tubulaire (40) dans lequel s'étend la tringlerie (11) et que le manchon d'actionnement (12) comporte une clavette (13) de solidarisation qui s'étend à travers une fenêtre (41) ménagée dans l'élément tubulaire (40) et à travers laquelle s'étend la tringlerie (11).
- Perche selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que la clavette de solidarisation (13) s'étend à travers deux fenêtres opposées (41, 42) de l'élément tubulaire (40).
- Perche selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée par le fait que la clavette de solidarisation (13) est montée pivotante (19) sur le manchon d'actionnement (12) sous l'action de moyens (15) de rappel de cette clavette en position de coincement (181) sur la tringlerie (11).
- Perche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est télescopique et comporte au moins deux éléments (40, 50) tubulaires emmanchés l'un dans l'autre, les moyens (20, 21, 25, 30) de fixation de l'outil étant prévus sur l'élément tubulaire intérieur (50) et le manchon d'actionnement (12) sur l'élément tubulaire extérieur (40).
- Perche selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte des manchons (60, 70) de verrouillage de la position relative des deux éléments tubulaires (40, 50).
- Perche selon la revendication 6 caractérisée par le fait qu'un premier manchon de verrouillage (60) est fixé sur l'élément tubulaire extérieur (40) à l'une de ses extrémités et s'étend le long de l'élément tubulaire intérieur (50) à son autre extrémité agencée pour, par vissage (72, 63) et effet de coin (71, 61) avec un deuxième manchon (70) disposé autour de l'élément tubulaire intérieur (50), être serrée contre l'élément tubulaire intérieur (50) et solidariser ainsi les deux éléments tubulaires en position.
- Perche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que l'extrémité de fixation (10) de la perche d'actionnement est tubulaire, un fourreau (80) de réception de la tringlerie (11) est emmanché par une extrémité (81 ) dans l'extrémité tubulaire de la perche et un manchon (20) de fixation de l'outil est emmanché sur l'extrémité tubulaire de la perche, l'extrémité tubulaire de la perche, le fourreau (80) et le manchon de fixation (20) étant solidaires.
- Perche selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que l'autre extrémité (82) du fourreau (80) est agencée pour coopérer avec un moyeu (30) solidaire de tirants (36, 37, 38, 39) d'écartement de l'outil (100) pour, par un étrier (21, 25) de retenue, créer un effet antagoniste sur ledit outil et ainsi l'immobiliser.
- Perche selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que les tirants (36, 37, 38, 39), la tringlerie (11) et l'étrier (21, 25) sont solidaires en rotation.
- Perche selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée par le fait que le fourreau (80) comporte un ressort d'écartement (83) pour écarter la tringlerie (11) de la détente (101) de l'outil (100) après un actionnement de celle-ci.
- Perche selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisée par le fait que l'étrier (21, 25) comporte des griffes (22, 23, 26, 27) de retenue prévues pour s'encastrer dans des surfaces en creux (112) de l'outil (100).
- Perche selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisée par le fait que l'étrier est en deux parties, l'une (21) comportant une semelle (28) femelle, l'autre comportant une semelle (29) mâle, les deux semelles s'emboítant et coulissant l'une dans l'autre pour permettre d'engager l'outil (100) dans l'étrier (21, 25) et de régler l'écartement des deux parties (21, 25), en fonction de l'outil (100).
- Perche selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisée par le fait que les tirants (36, 37, 38, 39) sont fixés au moyeu (30) et que le serrage de l'outil est obtenu par vissage du moyeu (30) sur le fourreau (80).
- Perche selon la revendication 14, caractérisée par le fait que le taraudage et le filetage du moyeu (30) et du fourreau (80) sont de sens "à gauche".
- Perche selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisée par le fait que le fourreau (80) comporte une collerette (84) contre laquelle, en fin de serrage de l'outil (100), les semelles mâle et femelle (29, 28) sont tirées, et serrées pour solidariser les deux parties de l'étrier (21, 25) au fourreau (80).
