  1. Utilisation de cétones insaturées de structure générale (I)

    dans laquelle les radicaux R1, R2, R3, R4 et R5 représentent indépendamment les uns des autres l'hydrogène ou des groupes alkyl ayant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone pouvant être saturés ou insaturés, à chaine droite ou ramifiée ou cycliques en tant que substances odorantes.
  2. 3,3-dimétyl-1-(4-méthylcyclohex-3-enyl)-pent-4-ene-1-one.
  3. 1-(4-méthyl-cyclohex-3-enyl)-3-propyl-pent-4-ene-1-one.
  4. Combinaison odorante ayant une teneur en un ou plusieurs composés (I) de structure générale (I),
