Abstract

Store (1) du type constitué par une toile (2) enroulée sur un tambour, déployable par l'intermédiaire de bras articulés (3) et à l'extrémité libre duquel est disposé un lambrequin, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif lumineux et en ce que ce dernier est composé d'une plaque transparente, voire translucide, en matière synthétique rigide (5) s'étendant longitudinalement en lieu et place du lambrequin et comportant une source lumineuse externe diffusant tangentiellement vers l'un de ses chants des rayons réfléchis par les faces de la plaque (5) pour constituer une enseigne lumineuse ou un éclairage d'ambiance.

Description

La présente invention concerne un store du type constitué par une toile enroulée sur un tambour déployable par l'intermédiaire de bras articulés.
Ce type de store comporte généralement à son extrémité libre un lambrequin en toile également, généralement réalisé dans la même matière que le store, destiné à procurer un effet décoratif tout en dissimulant les bras articulés sur lesquels est tendu le store.
Lorsqu'ils sont destinés à l'usage des particuliers, les lambrequins de ce type de store sont généralement revêtus d'un motif décoratif.
En revanche, lorsqu'ils sont destinés à un usage commercial, ces mêmes lambrequins sont revêtus d'un marquage publicitaire indiquant, par exemple, le nom de l'établissement ou sa spécialité, comme, par exemple, pâtisserie, restaurant, brasserie, etc.
Si le but publicitaire est atteint dans la journée, car le marquage est visible à la lumière du jour, en revanche, ce n'est pas le cas la nuit où le même marquage devient complètement invisible, ou tout au moins insuffisamment éclairé pour attirer l'attention d'un consommateur d'attention moyenne.
La présente invention a pour but de remédier à cet inconvénient en créant un nouveau support publicitaire inconnu à ce jour.
A cet effet, l'invention concerne un store du type constitué par une toile enroulée sur un tambour, déployable par l'intermédiaire de bras articulés et à l'extrémité libre duquel est disposé un lambrequin, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif lumineux et en ce que ce dernier est composé d'une plaque transparente, voire translucide, en matière synthétique rigide s'étendant longitudinalement en lieu et place du lambrequin et comportant une source lumineuse externe diffusant tangentiellement vers l'un de ses chants des rayons réfléchis par les faces de la plaque pour constituer une enseigne lumineuse ou un éclairage d'ambiance.
C'est ainsi que, grâce à l'invention, le store permet de servir d'enseigne lumineuse en façade d'un commerce, alors qu'en général lorsqu'il est baissé, il cache l'enseigne de celui-ci.
Non seulement cet inconvénient est supprimé, mais, de plus, en rendant cette enseigne lumineuse sur le store, l'impact publicitaire est non seulement sauvegardé mais également amélioré.
De plus, un tel dispositif permet de bénéficier d'une grande surface éclairante, ce qui n'est pas toujours possible sur les façades en zone urbaine.
Egalement, l'invention présente l'avantage de pouvoir constituer une enseigne lumineuse de faible consommation, d'une épaisseur réduite, ainsi qu'une facilité de mise en place avec la possibilité de changer de message rapidement, en changeant tout simplement la plaque transparente ou translucide porteuse du message publicitaire ou tout simplement en changeant celui-ci s'il s'agit d'un marquage amovible.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet également l'installation sur un support neuf ou déjà existant.
Par ailleurs, selon l'invention, le dispositif d'éclairage peut également comporter une plaque transparente, voire translucide, en matière synthétique ne comportant pas de message publicitaire, mais tout simplement un éclairage, de manière à constituer un éclairage d'ambiance original de la terrasse d'un particulier, par exemple.
Un autre avantage de l'invention réside dans le fait qu'une telle enseigne ou éclairage d'ambiance n'est pas limité(e) en longueur.
En effet, il suffira de mettre autant de sources d'éclairage nécessaires par rapport à la longueur de la plaque.
Néanmoins, la hauteur de celle-ci est calculée en fonction de la déperdition de lumière.
Un autre avantage réside dans le fait que cette plaque lumineuse, si elle peut avoir un bord droit du côté de la source lumineuse, le bord opposé pourra être droit mais également découpé selon une forme choisie.
La présente invention concerne également les caractéristiques qui ressortiront au cours de la description qui va suivre, et qui devront être considérées isolément ou selon toutes leurs combinaisons techniques possibles.
Cette description, donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, fera mieux comprendre comment l'invention peut être réalisée, en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
  • La figure 1 représente une vue en perspective éclatée d'un dispositif lumineux destiné à remplacer le lambrequin d'un store.
  • La figure 2 est une vue en coupe transversale selon la figure 1.
  • La figure 3 représente un store traditionnel équipé d'un dispositif lumineux selon la figure 1, à destination commerciale.
  • La figure 4 représente un store traditionnel équipé d'un dispositif lumineux selon la figure 1, se différenciant du précédent en ce que le bord libre de la plaque n'est pas droit mais découpé selon un profil choisi.
  • La figure 5 représente un store traditionnel équipé d'un dispositif lumineux selon la figure 1, à usage personnel, comportant un motif décoratif plutôt que publicitaire, comme dans les cas de la figure 3 et 4.
    • Le store (1) désigné dans son ensemble sur la figure 1 est du type constitué par une toile (2) enroulée sur un tambour rotatif (non représenté), déployable et ré-enroulable par l'intermédiaire de bras articulés (3), et à l'extrémité libre de laquelle toile est traditionnellement disposé un lambrequin.
    Selon l'invention, le store comporte un dispositif lumineux globalement désigné (4) qui est composé d'une plaque rigide (5) s'étendant longitudinalement et verticalement en lieu et place du lambrequin traditionnel, et comportant une source lumineuse externe (6) diffusant tangentiellement vers l'un de ses chants (7) des rayons réfléchis par les faces (8) de la plaque (5) pour constituer une enseigne lumineuse ou un éclairage d'ambiance.
    On obtient ainsi une répartition uniforme de la lumière en entrant par le chant (7) de la plaque (5) et en la retransmettant sur toute la surface de cette plaque.
    La puissance des sources lumineuses utilisées, quelles qu'elles soient, a beaucoup d'importance. L'épaisseur de la plaque (5) joue aussi un rôle important, selon la hauteur désirée du panneau publicitaire; la source lumineuse doit aussi être plaquée à proximité immédiate, voire contre la plaque pour donner le meilleur rendement.
    Comme on peut le voir sur les figures 3 à 5, la plaque rigide (5) qui est transparente, voire translucide, constituant le lambrequin comporte sur au moins l'une de ses faces un motif décoratif (9) ou publicitaire (10).
    Selon un exemple de réalisation, le motif décoratif (9) ou publicitaire (10) est constitué par un film en matière plastique imprimé fixé sur l'une des faces (8) du lambrequin rigide (5) en matière synthétique.
    Néanmoins, le motif décoratif (9) ou publicitaire (10) peut être constitué par une gravure, un marquage adhésif ou une impression tel que sérigraphique, réalisée sur l'une des faces (8) du lambrequin rigide (5) en matière synthétique transparente.
    Selon l'exemple de réalisation représenté, la source lumineuse (6) du dispositif d'éclairage (1) du lambrequin (5) est constituée par au moins un tube fluorescent (6) disposé en regard d'un chant (7) de la plaque rigide (5) en matériau synthétique transparent constituant le lambrequin.
    D'autres modes de réalisation peuvent néanmoins être représentés, en ce sens que la source lumineuse (6) du dispositif d'éclairage (1) du lambrequin (5) peut être constitué par au moins une succession de diodes électroluminescentes disposées au regard du chant (7) de la plaque rigide (5) constituant le lambrequin.
    Dans un cas comme dans l'autre, l'avantage est de nécessiter une très faible consommation électrique, car un tube fluorescent est d'un haut rendement et les diodes électroluminescentes sont encore plus économiques.
    Dans les deux cas cités, on peut avoir recours à un réflecteur (non représenté) destiné à canaliser la lumière. Dans ce cas, le chant de la plaque (5) n'étant pas en contact avec la source lumineuse (6), on le recouvre d'un adhésif ou d'un matériau réfléchissant, permettant d'accroítre la réflexion de la lumière.
    Un film diffusant par points successifs peut être aussi apposé sur la surface de la plaque (5) permettant de faire rayonner la lumière de part et d'autre de cette plaque, ce qui permet de fabriquer un éclairage d'ambiance, d'y apposer des lettres adhésives ou même encore un film numérique diffusant (photos, décors, lettres, etc.).
    Comme le montrent bien les figures 1 et 2, le dispositif lumineux 1 comprend :
    • un profilé en aluminium (11, 12) à l'intérieur duquel est disposé,
    • la source lumineuse (6) telle que tube fluorescent ou diodes électroluminescentes,
    • la plaque transparente ou translucide rigide (5) constituant le lambrequin du store (2),
    • des moyens d'alimentation électrique (20) de la source lumineuse (6),
    • des bouchons obturateurs d'extrémité (13) disposés à chaque extrémité desdits profilés (11,12).
    De manière plus précise, le profilé en aluminium se décompose en deux parties : l'une (11) intégrant la source lumineuse (6), la plaque constituant le lambrequin (5) et les moyens d'alimentation électrique (20), et l'autre (12) constituant une pareclose de fermeture amovible de la première partie (11), permettant l'accessibilité de celle-ci, des moyens d'encliquetage élastique (14, 15 - 16, 17) étant interposés entre les deux parties (11, 12) de manière à permettre le démontage de la seconde (12) par rapport à la première (11).
    Selon un exemple non limitatif, la plaque (5) constituant le lambrequin est fixée sur la partie (11) du profilé par une pluralité de vis (18), de manière à rendre ladite plaque amovible par rapport à l'ensemble.
    Comme on le voit également sur les figures 1 et 2, la première partie (11) du profilé comporte un rail longitudinal (19) destiné à la fixation du dispositif (4) sur les bras articulés (3) supportant la toile du store.
    Notons que si l'invention concerne un store ci-dessus décrit, elle concerne également un dispositif lumineux constitué, d'une part, d'une plaque rigide (5) s'étendant longitudinalement à la manière d'un lambrequin à l'extrémité libre d'un store en toile (2) enroulé sur un tambour et actionné en déploiement par l'intermédiaire de bras articulés (3), et, d'autre part, par une source lumineuse externe (6) diffusant tangentiellement à travers l'un de ses chants (7) des rayons réfléchis par les faces (8) de la plaque (5) pour constituer une enseigne lumineuse ou un éclairage d'ambiance.
    Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation décrit donné à titre d'exemple, mais elle comprend aussi tous les équivalents techniques ainsi que leurs combinaisons.

    Claims (10)

    1. Store (1) du type constitué par une toile (2) enroulée sur un tambour, déployable par l'intermédiaire de bras articulés (3) et à l'extrémité libre duquel est disposé un lambrequin, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif lumineux (4) et en ce que ce dernier est composé d'une plaque transparente, voire translucide, en matière synthétique rigide (5) s'étendant longitudinalement en lieu et place du lambrequin et comportant une source lumineuse externe (6) diffusant tangentiellement vers l'un de ses chants (7) des rayons réfléchis par les faces (8) de la plaque (5) pour constituer une enseigne lumineuse ou un éclairage d'ambiance.
    2. Store selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque rigide (5) constituant le lambrequin comporte sur au moins l'une de ses faces un motif décoratif (9) ou publicitaire (10).
    3. Store selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le motif décoratif (9) ou publicitaire (10) est constitué par un film en matière plastique repoussée sur l'une des faces (8) du lambrequin rigide (5) en matière synthétique.
    4. Store selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le motif décoratif (9) ou publicitaire (10) est constitué par un marquage adhésif, une gravure ou une impression sérigraphique, réalisé(e) sur l'une des faces (8) du lambrequin rigide (5) en matière synthétique.
    5. Store selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la source lumineuse (6) du dispositif d'éclairage (1) du lambrequin (5) est constituée par au moins un tube fluorescent disposé en regard d'un chant (7) de la plaque rigide (5) en matériau synthétique transparent constituant le lambrequin.
    6. Store selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la source lumineuse (6) du dispositif d'éclairage (1) du lambrequin (5) est constituée par une succession de diodes électroluminescentes disposées en regard d'un chant (7) de la plaque rigide (5) en matériau synthétique transparent constituant le lambrequin.
    7. Store selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif lumineux (1) comprend :
      un profilé en aluminium (11, 12) à l'intérieur duquel est disposé,
      la source lumineuse (6) telle que tube fluorescent ou diodes électroluminescentes,
      la plaque rigide (5) constituant le lambrequin du store (2),
      des moyens d'alimentation électrique (20) de la source lumineuse (6),
      des bouchons obturateurs (13) disposés à chaque extrémité desdits profilés (11, 12).
    8. Store selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le profilé en aluminium se décompose en deux parties : l'une (11) intégrant la source lumineuse (6), la plaque constituant le lambrequin (5) et les moyens d'alimentation électrique (20), et l'autre (12) constituant une pareclose de fermeture amovible de la première partie (11), permettant l'accessibilité de celle-ci, des moyens d'encliquetage élastique (14, 15 - 16, 17) étant interposés entre les deux parties (11, 12) de manière à permettre le démontage de la seconde (12) par rapport à la première (11).
    9. Store selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (11) du profilé comporte un rail longitudinal (19) destiné à la fixation du dispositif (4) sur les bras articulés (3) supportant la toile du store.
    10. Dispositif lumineux, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué, d'une part, d'une plaque rigide (5) s'étendant longitudinalement à la manière d'un lambrequin à l'extrémité libre d'un store en toile (2) enroulé sur un tambour et actionné en déploiement par l'intermédiaire de bras articulés (3), et, d'autre part, par une source lumineuse externe (6) diffusant tangentiellement à travers l'un de ses chants (7) des rayons réfléchis par les faces (8) de la plaque (5) pour constituer une enseigne lumineuse ou un éclairage d'ambiance.
