- Ensemble de soupape hydraulique (10) pour distribuer sélectivement un fluide hydraulique d'une alimentation (16) en fluide hydraulique à un d'un premier opérateur hydraulique (80) et d'un deuxième opérateur hydraulique (82), ledit ensemble comprenant:a) un bloc de soupape (30) définissant:i) un premier orifice d'alimentation (32) conçu pour une communication fluidique avec ladite alimentation (16);ii) un deuxième orifice d'alimentation (34) conçu pour une communication fluidique avec ladite alimentation (16);iii) un premier orifice d'opérateur (44) conçu pour une communication fluidique avec ledit premier opérateur hydraulique (80);iv) un deuxième orifice d'opérateur (46) conçu pour une communication fluidique avec ledit deuxième opérateur hydraulique (82);v) un troisième orifice d'opérateur (48) conçu pour la communication fluidique avec ledit premier opérateur hydraulique (80);vi) un quatrième orifice d'opérateur (50) conçu pour une communication fluidique avec ledit deuxième opérateur hydraulique (82);vii) une première chambre (36), ladite première chambre étant en communication fluidique avec ledit premier orifice d'alimentation (32), ledit premier orifice d'opérateur (44) et ledit deuxième orifice d'opérateur (46);viii) une deuxième chambre (38), ladite deuxième chambre étant en communication fluidique avec ledit deuxième orifice d'alimentation (34), ledit troisième orifice d'opérateur (48) et ledit quatrième orifice d'opérateur (50);b) une première soupape de sélection (60) située dans ladite première chambre (36) et une deuxième soupape de sélection (61) située dans ladite deuxième chambre (38), lesdites première et deuxième soupapes de sélection (60,61) étant aptes à se déplacer conjointement, lesdites première et deuxième soupapes de sélection (60,61) étant actionnables entre une première position dans laquelle ledit fluide hydraulique se trouve à une première pression et une deuxième position dans laquelle ledit fluide hydraulique se trouve à une deuxième pression, où dans ladite première position, ladite première soupape de sélection (60) permet une communication fluidique entre ledit premier orifice d'alimentation (32) et ledit premier orifice d'opérateur (44), et ladite deuxième soupape de sélection (61) permet une communication fluidique entre ledit deuxième orifice d'alimentation (34) et ledit troisième orifice d'opérateur (48), où, dans ladite deuxième position, ladite première soupape de sélection (60) permet une communication fluidique entre ledit premier orifice d'alimentation (32) et ledit deuxième orifice d'opérateur (46), et ladite deuxième soupape de sélection (61) permet une communication fluidique entre ledit deuxième orifice d'alimentation (34) et ledit quatrième orifice d'opérateur (50);où ladite première pression est plus basse que ladite seconde pression.
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un actionneur (28) fonctionnellement relié à ladite alimentation (16), ledit actionneur (28) étant déplaçable sélectivement entre une première position d'actionneur apte à délivrer ledit fluide hydraulique audit premier orifice d'alimentation (32) à ladite première pression, une deuxième position d'actionneur apte à délivrer ledit fluide hydraulique audit premier orifice d'alimentation (32) à ladite deuxième pression, une troisième position d'actionneur apte à délivrer ledit fluide hydraulique audit deuxième orifice d'alimentation. (34) à ladite première pression et une quatrième position d'actionneur apte à délivrer ledit fluide hydraulique audit deuxième orifice d'alimentation (34) à ladite deuxième pression, lesdites première et troisième positions d'actionneur étant aptes à permettre un mouvement alternatif dudit premier opérateur hydraulique (80), et lesdites deuxième et quatrième positions d'actionneur permettant un mouvement alternatif dudit deuxième opérateur hydraulique (82).
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 2, où lorsque ledit actionneur (28) se trouve dans lesdites première et deuxième positions, ledit fluide hydraulique est ramené à ladite alimentation (16) depuis ledit deuxième orifice d'alimentation (34), et lorsque ledit actionneur (28) se trouve dans lesdites troisième et quatrième positions, ledit fluide hydraulique est ramené à ladite alimentation (16) depuis ledit premier orifice d'alimentation (32).
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 3, où ledit actionneur (28) comprend un levier relié à un circuit hydraulique (26).
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 4, où ledit levier (28) est déplaçable d'une position centrale au repos dans deux directions opposées, où dans ladite première position d'actionneur, ledit levier (28) est partiellement déplacé dans une direction et dans ladite troisième position d'actionneur, ledit levier (28) est déplacé partiellement dans une direction opposée, où dans ladite deuxième position d'actionneur, ledit levier (28) s'est déplacé sensiblement entièrement dans ladite direction précitée, et dans ladite quatrième position d'actionneur, ledit levier (28) s'est déplacé sensiblement entièrement dans ladite direction opposée.
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 1, où ledit bloc de soupape (30) définit un canal pilote (52), ledit canal pilote (52) étant conçu pour une communication fluidique avec ladite première chambre (36) et ladite deuxième chambre (38), et un parmi ledit orifice d'alimentation (32) et ledit deuxième orifice d'alimentation (34), lesdites première et deuxième soupapes de sélection (60,61) étant aptes à se déplacer par pression dans ledit canal pilote (52).
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 6, où ledit bloc de soupape (30) définit un premier et un deuxième canal de bloc (40,42), ledit premier canal de bloc (40) s'étendant entre ledit premier orifice d'alimentation (32) et ladite première chambre (36), ledit deuxième canal de bloc (42) s'étendant entre ledit deuxième orifice d'alimentation (34) et ladite deuxième chambre (38).
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 7, comprenant en outre une soupape bidirectionnelle (54) située à une intersection dudit canal pilote (52), ledit premier canal bloc (40) et ledit deuxième canal bloc (42), ladite soupape bidirectionnelle (54) étant apte à réaliser une communication fluidique entre ledit premier canal bloc (40) et ledit canal pilote (52) lorsque ledit fluide hydraulique s'écoule dans ledit premier orifice d'alimentation (32), et entre ledit deuxième canal bloc (42) et ledit canal pilote (52) lorsque ledit fluide hydraulique s'écoule dans ledit deuxième orifice d'alimentation (34).
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 8, où ladite soupape bidirectionnelle (54) comprend une soupape à tournant sphérique et à deux voies.
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 8, où ladite première soupape de sélection (60) comprend:a) un boîtier de soupape (62) définissant une extrémité ouverte à proximité dudit canal pilote (52) et une extrémité opposée fermée, ledit boîtier de soupape définissant une chambre de soupape interne (64) communiquant avec ladite extrémité ouverte;b) un corps de soupape (66) reçu d'une manière mobile dans ladite chambre de soupape interne (64), ledit corps de soupape (66) définissant une surface de pression (68) à proximité de ladite extrémité ouverte de ladite chambre de soupape interne (64), où ledit corps de soupape (66) est déplacé de ladite première position à ladite deuxième position par une pression dans ledit canal pilote (52) agissant sur ladite surface de pression (68) etc) un moyen de sollicitation (74) pour solliciter ledit corps de soupape (66) vers ladite première position.
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 10, où ledit moyen de sollicitation (74) se situe dans ladite extrémité fermée dudit boîtier de soupape (62).
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 11, où ledit moyen de sollicitation (74) comprend un ressort.
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 12, où une pression de 2,17 MPa (315 psi) ou plus grande agissant contre ladite surface de pression (68) est requise pour surmonter la résistance dudit ressort (74).
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 13, où ledit boîtier de soupape (62) définit une pluralité d'ouvertures (65) agencées circonférentiellement.
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 14, où ladite deuxième soupape de sélection (61) est sensiblement identique à ladite première soupape de sélection (60).
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 8, où ledit premier opérateur hydraulique (80) est un positionneur à fourche pour un chariot élévateur, et ledit deuxième opérateur hydraulique (82) est un décaleur latéral pour un chariot élévateur.
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 12, où ledit bloc de soupape (30) a une forme de boîte, ledit bloc de soupape définissant une première face, une deuxième face et une troisième face.
- Ensemble (10) selon la revendication 17, où lesdits premier et deuxième orifices d'alimentation (32, 34) se situent sur ladite première face, lesdits premier et deuxième orifices d'opérateur (44, 46) se situent sur ladite deuxième face et lesdits troisième et quatrième orifices d'opérateur (48,50) se situent sur ladite troisième face.
