Der Sammelkasten 9 weist zwei nach innen gerichtete Anschlussstutzen 10, 11 auf, die für die Aufnahme von Anschlussrohren bestimmt sind. Der Sammelkasten 9 wird - wie in der älteren Anmeldung beschrieben - über einen nicht dargestellten Rohrboden mit einem Wärmeübertragerblock eines Heizkörpers verbunden. Der Sammelkasten 9 ist als Tiefziehteil aus einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt. Er kann somit mit einem Aluminiumwärmeübertrager verlötet oder - wie hier dargestellt - über einen umlaufenden Randbereich 12 mittels Laschen 13 mit dem Rohrboden mechanisch gefügt, d. h. verbunden werden.
