Claims (17)
- Verfahren zur Trocknung eines Substrats, das mit einer in einem Lösungsmittel gelösten Substanz beschichtet ist, durch Bestrahlung mit elektromagnetischer Strahlung, wobei die Wellenlänge der elektromagnetischen Strahlung so gewählt ist, dass das Substratmaterial und/oder das Lösungsmittel und/oder die gelöste Substanz bei dieser Wellenlänge einen relativ hohen Absorptionskoeffizienten aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die gelöste Substanz ein Farbstoff ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die beschichtete Seite des Substrats bestrahlt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die gelöste Substanz eine organische Verbindung ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die gelöste Substanz ein organischer Farbstoff ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Substratmaterial ein Polycarbonat oder ein UV-gehärtetes Polymer ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Substrat ein CD-R Substrat oder ein DVD R Halbsubstrat oder ein DVD R Dual Layer Halbsubstrat, oder ein Blu-Ray Recordable oder ein HD DVD Recordable Halbsubstrat ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Strahlung im kurzwelligen Infrarotbereich liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Strahlung ein Intensitätsmaximum bei einer Wellenlänge zwischen 1 µm und 2 µm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Strahlung ein Intensitätsmaximum bei einer Wellenlänge zwischen 1,3 µm und 1,7 µm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zur Trocknung eines Substrats, das mit einer in einem Lösungsmittel gelösten Substanz beschichtet ist mit einer Strahlungsquelle (7) zum Bestrahlen des Substrats, deren Strahlungswellenlänge so gewählt ist, dass das Substratmaterial und/oder das Lösungsmittel und/oder die gelöste Substanz bei dieser Wellenlänge einen relativ hohen Absorptionskoeffizienten aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die gelöste Substanz ein Farbstoff ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei die Strahlungsquelle Infrarotstrahlung im kurzwelligen Infrarotbereich emittiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, 12 oder 13, wobei das spektrale Emissionsmaximum der Strahlungsquelle bei einer Wellenlänge zwischen 1,3 µm und 1,7 µm liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, wobei das spektrale Emissionsmaximum der Strahlungsquelle bei einer Wellenlänge von 1,5 µm liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15 mit einer Durchlaufanordnung (3, 4, 5) zwischen einer Zuführposition (9) und einer Abführposition (10) und einer Strahlungsquellenanordnung (7) zum Bestrahlen der Substrate auf der Durchlaufstrecke.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Durchlaufstrecke kreisförmig oder gerade ist.
