Claims (2)

  1. Device for securing a support profile (6) on a sheet metal roof having an outer skin consisting of metal sheets (1) which are arranged next to one another and comprise longitudinal edge profilings (2) which engage one another in a positive-locking manner, protrude over the sheet surface and to which the support profile (6), which extends transversely thereto, is secured via clamps (7) which consist of two clamping jaws (8) which are connected to each other via at least one tensioning screw (9) and which receive the support profile (6) in receiving slots (11) open on the edge side and which embrace the mutually engaging longitudinal edge profilings (2) from above, characterised in that the two clamping jaws (8) of the clamps (7) comprise the receiving slots (11), which are open on the edge side, for the support profile (6) on an end side which extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal edge profilings (2).
  2. Device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that on the ends which are turned away from the longitudinal edge profilings (2) the two clamping jaws (8) of the clamps (7) comprise support stops (10) which protrude towards one another.
