Claims (9)

- Regarding a pedal boat drive mechanism in accordance with claim 3, characterized by the fact that at least one pneumatic actuator (24) is connected to an enclosed pneumatic circuit system with an operating lever (21), where at least one actuator (24) operates the shift mechanism (18, 21, 23, 24) pneumatically depending on the operating lever's (21) position, in order to adjust the running direction of the means of propulsion (20).
- Regarding a pedal boat drive mechanism in accordance with claim 1, characterized by the fact that a minimum two-level and preferably multi-level transmission system (26) is located in the propulsion chain, preferably in the freewheeling shaft (22).
- Regarding a pedal boat drive mechanism in accordance with one of the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the fly wheel(s) (16) has/have a maximum weight of between 50 and 100 kg, this preferably lying between 60 and 80 kg.
