Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Wasserstrahlen, aufweisend einen druckfesten Körper (1), der eine innere Kammer (7) begrenzt, die einen Eingang hat und über eine dazwischen angeordnete perforierte Platte (23) mit einem Ausgang (13), der zum Äußeren des Körpers (1) mündet, verbunden ist, wobei die Seite der perforierten Platte (23), die in Richtung des Ausgang (13) gerichtet ist, mit einer ersten Dichtung (20) in Kontakt ist, die in einem ersten Abschnitt (15) eines Dichtungsträgers (21) gelegen ist, der beim Ausgang (13) einen Spalt (18) aufweist, eine zweite Dichtung (22), die in dem Dichtungsträger (21) gelegen ist, in Kontakt mit dem Körper (1) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagter erster Abschnitt (15) des Dichtungsträgers (21), der mit der perforierten Platte (23) in Kontakt ist, zumindest nahe des Spalts (18) eine Dicke kleiner als 10 mm hat.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagter erster Abschnitt des Dichtungsträgers eine Dicke zwischen 2 und 10 mm hat.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass besagter erster Abschnitt in zwei dickere Endabschnitte (16, 17) übergeht, deren Dicke sich in Richtung der inneren Kammer (7) vergrößert.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Endabschnitte (16, 17) in Kontakt mit jeweils den Längskanten der perforierten Platte (23) sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die beiden Endabschnitte (16, 17) an ihren freien Enden in Nuten (24) zur Führung und zur Aufrechterhaltung der Form des in dem Körper (1) eingerichteten Dichtungsträgers (21) erstrecken.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (25) der Endabschnitte (16, 17) von dem Boden der Nuten (24) beabstandet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsträger (21) die Form eines U aufweist, dessen beiden Schenkel (16, 17) die Endabschnitte bilden und der Steg (15) den Mittelabschnitt bildet.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Dichtung (22) in Kontakt mit dem ersten Abschnitt (15) des Dichtungsträgers (21) ist.
  9. Anordnung zur Wasserstrahlverfestigung eines Vliesstoffes, die einen Zylinder und eine Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Wasserstrahlen aufweist, deren Strahlen auf die Seitenfläche des Zylinders gerichtet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgestaltet ist.
