Claims (4)
- Gebläsezusammenbau (10) mit einer Lüfterwelle (16), einem Träger (12) mit einer Gewindebohrung und einer Lagerbüchse (14) zur Befestigung der Lüfterwelle (16) an dem Träger (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerbüchse (14) selbstsichernd ausgebildet ist und einen zylindrischen Hauptabschnitt (23) mit einem ein Gewinde aufweisenden Umfang aufweist, mittels dem die Lagerbüchse (14) in die Gewindebohrung (38) des Trägers (12) eingeschraubt werden kann, wobei der Hauptabschnitt (23) eine erste konzentrische Bohrung (24), welche mit dem Umfang der Lüfterwelle (16) derart korrespondiert, dass ein normaler Presssitz zwischen der Lagerbüchse (14) und der Gebläsewelle (16) hergestellt werden kann, und eine zweite Bohrung (32) reduzierten Durchmessers, worin ein Verformungssitz zwischen der Lagerbüchse (14) und der Lüfterwelle (16) hergestellt werden kann, und nah dem Bereich (32) reduzierten Durchmessers eine Mehrzahl von Entlastungsaussparungen (36) aufweist, so dass der Hautabschnitt (23) sich aufgrund des Verformungssitzes zwischen der Lagerbüchse (14) und der Lüfterwelle (16) derart aufweiten kann, dass ein Verformungssitz zwischen dem ein Gewinde aufweisenden Umfang des Hauptabschnitts (23) und der Gewindebohrung (38) des Trägers (12) hergestellt wird.
- Gebläsezusammenbau nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptabschnitt (23) zumindest vier Entlastungsaussparungen (36) aufweist, welche gleichmäßig über den Umfang verteilt sind.
- Gebläsezusammenbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerbüchse (14) in einem ersten Endbereich (30) einen Flansch (28) aufweist.
- Selbstsichernde Lagerbüchse (14) angepasst zur Verwendung in einem Gebläsezusammenbau (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3.
