- -les figures 3a et 3b montrent respectivement une vue désassemblée et une vue assemblée du dispositif dans une variante de réalisation où la liaison entre la mâchoire et le support est réalisée par vis,
- la figure 4 montre une vue adaptable d'un godet adaptée au dispositif,
- les figures 5a, et 5b montrent deux phases de l'attache d'un godet au dispositif, selon le fonctionnement de l'art antérieur.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif d'attache rapide d'un outil à l'extrémité du bras articulé (27b) d'une pelle hydraulique, comportant une partie inférieure, appelée mâchoire (1), destinée à la prise d'un godet (4), une partie supérieure, appelée support (2), liée au bras de la pelle par des moyens de fixation, la mâchoire (1) comportant à l'une de ses extrémités un arbre à cames (31) en liaison pivot avec au moins une came (3), et à son autre extrémité deux crochets (11a,11b) semi-circulaires liés entre eux par au moins un pont transversal (16,17), la partie inférieure et la partie supérieure du dispositif étant deux pièces distinctes liées rigidement entre elles par des moyens de fixation et caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire (1) est obtenue à partir d'une pièce de fonderie monobloc, comportant deux bossages (12a,12b) à l'extrémité opposée aux crochets (11a, 11b) destinés à être traversés par deux perçages pour servir de support à l'arbre à cames (31), au moins un pont transversal (16, 17) permettant de relier de façon rigide les quatre portées (12a, 12b, 11a, 11b), l'un des ponts(16) étant situé en partie centrale de la mâchoire (1) entre les surfaces (14b, 14c), l'autre pont (17) situé à proximité des surfaces (14a).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface intérieure (110) des crochets (11a, 11b) est un surface de révolution de section trapézoïdale isocèle dont la petite base constitue le diamètre minimum, matérialisant une forme conique facilitant l'approche des surfaces (41a, 41b) de poutre (40) du godet (4), vers les surfaces (110) de la mâchoire (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le support (2) est composé de deux plaques (21) découpées qui comportent chacune deux perçages (22) destinés à recevoir les axes de liaison avec la bielle (27a) d'une part et avec le bras articulé (27b) d'autre part, les plaques (21) comportant en outre deux oeillets (23) destinés à recevoir les dispositifs propres à la manutention de charges par l'engin porteurs.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire (1) et son support (2) sont liés par soudure, les oreilles (21) étant maintenues en position grâce à la rigidité de la mâchoire (1), moulées et obtenue par l'un au moins des ponts (16, 17).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les vis de fixation (5) serrent les faces inférieures des semelles (24, 25) du support (2) au travers d'une pluralité de trous lisses, lesdites semelles étant liées par soudure aux plaques (21), contre les faces (14a, 14b, 14c) de la mâchoire (1) usinées et taraudées pour recevoir lesdites vis et créant ainsi une liaison démontable.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les cames (3) de verrouillage sont liées chacune à l'une des extrémités d'au moins un ressort (32) cylindrique de torsion enroulé autour de l'arbre (31) de support de came, l'autre extrémité du ressort étant lié à la mâchoire (1), l'action des ressorts tendant à faire pivoter les cames dans le sens du verrouillage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les cames (3) de verrouillage comportent un logement (33) cylindrique débouchant d'axe parallèle à l'axe de rotation des cames (3), permettant d'articuler un levier pour exercer un effort contrant l'effort du (des) ressort(s) et permettant le déverrouillage du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1à 7, caractérisé en ce que les cames (3) de verrouillage comporte un logement (33) cylindrique ouvert d'axe parallèle à l'axe de rotation des cames (3), permettant d'y introduire un levier pour exercer un effort contrant l'action du ressort (32) et ainsi permettre le déverrouillage des cames.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 et 7, caractérisée en ce que chaque came (3) comporte un dispositif de déverrouillage hydraulique permettant un déverrouillage automatique des cames (3).
