Claims (11)
- Dispositif sécurisé de verrouillage hydraulique pour attache rapide entre le coupleur d'un bras porteur d'un engin et un outil, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :au moins un vérin hydraulique de verrouillage (10) dont l'extrémité de la tige est munie d'un verrou (26) destiné à coopérer avec l'outil,au moins un vérin hydraulique de sécurité (12) dont l'extrémité de la tige est destinée à coopérer avec la tige du vérin de verrouillage ou avec une pièce associée à celle-ci, en position fermée du verrou, pour limiter mécaniquement la course du verrou,un accumulateur de pression hydraulique (15) relié au moins aux chambres arrière des vérins de verrouillage (10) et de sécurité (12), et un distributeur à tiroir (19) assurant la mise en communication de l'accumulateur (15) avec la chambre arrière du vérin de sécurité (12) en position verrouillée du dispositif, et coupant cette communication en position déverrouillée,un détecteur de position, repérant la position accouplée du coupleur sur l'outil et commandant le distributeur à tiroir (19).une électrovanne de commande (22) susceptible d'alimenter à partir de la source de pression hydraulique (23) de l'engin et lors du déverrouillage : les chambres avant des vérins de verrouillage (10) et de sécurité (12), ainsi que l'accumulateur de pression hydraulique (15), et d'assurer la mise à la bâche hydraulique (24) du surplus de pression de la chambre arrière du vérin de verrouillage (10)
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pressions et le rapport des sections des deux chambres du vérin de verrouillage (10) et/ou du vérin de sécurité (12) sont établis de manière à obtenir un effort résiduel sur la tige, permettant de rattraper les jeux éventuels du verrou et/ou du dispositif de sécurité et maintenant celui-ci (ceux-ci) en position de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les chambres avant des vérins de verrouillage et de sécurité (10) et (12) ont une section déterminée permettant d'obtenir un effort résiduel sur la tige, maintenant le verrou (26), respectivement le dispositif de fermeture, en position de fermeture, lorsque le dispositif est verrouillé, les chambres avant des vérins (10) et (12) étant soit reliées à l'accumulateur par l'intermédiaire de la valve (16) soit reliées directement à la bâche.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une valve de séquence (16) est montée sur le conduit alimentant les chambres avant des vérins (10,12) mettant en communication lesdites chambres avec l'accumulateur (15) lorsque la pression est inférieure à une pression déterminée et mettant ces chambres en communication avec le conduit d'amenée de la pression hydraulique de l'engin au travers de l'électrovanne lorsque la pression dépasse cette valeur déterminée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce qu'un étranglement (25) est placé sur le conduit disposé entre la valve de séquence (16) et la chambre avant du vérin de verrouillage (10).
- Dispositif modulaire de connexion hydraulique (28) pour attache rapide entre le coupleur d'un bras porteur d'un engin et un outil, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :au moins un vérin hydraulique (27) situé côté coupleur, dont l'extrémité de la tige est liée à au moins un connecteur hydraulique (32) de type connu, destiné à coopérer avec un connecteur hydraulique (33) côté outil, la chambre avant du vérin étant relié à la bâche hydraulique (24),un accumulateur de pression hydraulique (29) relié à la chambre arrière (38) du vérin hydraulique (27) et un distributeur à tiroir (19) assurant la mise en communication de l'accumulateur avec la chambre arrière du vérin (27) en position verrouillée du dispositif, et coupant cette communication en position déverrouillée,un détecteur de position, repérant la position accouplée du coupleur sur l'outil et commandant le distributeur à tiroir (19), cette détection pouvant être réalisée par un palpeur ou un capteur inductif, par exemple,une électrovanne de commande (22) susceptible d'alimenter à partir de la source de pression hydraulique (23) de l'engin et lors du déverrouillage: les chambres avant des vérins (27), ainsi que l'accumulateur de pression hydraulique (15,29), et d'assurer la mise à la bâche hydraulique (24) du surplus de pression de la chambre arrière des vérins (27) des modules de connexion.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un module de sélection (40) disposé entre les différentes lignes de pression (L1, L2..., L4) et les chambres arrières (38) des vérins (27), permettant de réaliser, en cours de fonctionnement de l'appareil, l'alimentation des chambres arrières (38) avec la plus grande des pressions des lignes connectées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, sur la ligne d'alimentation de la (ou des) chambre(s) arrière (38) des vérins (27), un clapet (50) piloté à l'ouverture permettant, en phase de déconnexion, de réduire la pression des lignes de pression (L1, L2... L4) et de la chambre arrière du vérin, à celle de l'accumulateur (29) et ainsi de pouvoir déconnecter dans des conditions optimales, et en ce que le vérin hydraulique (27) du module de connexion hydraulique (28) est alimenté en phase de déconnexion côté chambre avant par la pression de la pompe (23) laquelle pilote un clapet (50).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le vérin (27) comporte d'une part un piston creux (36), supportant au moins un connecteur (32), monté dans un cylindre (37) avec lequel il délimite deux chambres développant un effort au moins égal aux efforts de séparation dus aux connecteurs en service, lesdites chambres (38,39) pouvant être excentrées par rapport l'axe du piston dans le cas de connecteurs multiples, de manière à immobiliser en rotation le piston (36) par rapport au corps (37) et, d'autre part des perçages dans le corps (37) assurant le passage de l'hydraulique de commande d'un module à l'autre sans raccords extérieurs.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le module de connexion côté outil comporte d'une part des faces de fixation (61) permettant la modularité et d'autre part une pièce cylindrique mobile (60), assurant une surface plane en position déconnectée et s'escamotant en phase de connexion après avoir assuré le centrage de la tige (36) par rapport aux connecteurs (33).
- Dispositif selon l'ensemble des revendications 1 et 6, caractérisé en ce que de dispositif de verrouillage sécurisé est couplé ou juxtaposé au dispositif de connexions hydrauliques en une seule entité pour assurer la connexion mécanique et hydraulique d'un outil sur un coupleur.
