Claims (7)
- Kuvertiermaschine zum Einführen von Bögen (2) in Umschläge (3), Folgendes beinhaltend: Verteilungsvorrichtungen (4) zum Zuführen der Bögen (2) zu einer Gleitoberfläche (5); Transfermittel (11), die entlang der Gleitoberfläche (5) betätigt werden, um die Bögen (2) an eine Kuvertierstation (10) zu überführen; Zuführmittel (30) für das Zuführen einzelner Umschläge (3), die dazu bestimmt sind, durch Führungsmittel (14) an die Kuvertierstation (10) weitergeleitet zu werden, mit dem Rücken nach oben und der Richtung zugewandt, aus der die Bögen (2) ankommen; einer Elevatorgruppe (20), die in der Kuvertierstation (10) vorgesehen und mit Verteilungsmitteln (21) ausgestattet ist, angeordnet auf der entgegengesetzten Seite zu der Seite, auf der die Bögen (2) ankommen, und zumindest beinhaltend ein Verteilerschneckenelement (21), das drehbar auf einer vertikalen Achse gelagert ist und von einem Motor (22) angetrieben wird, so dass es sich mit einer Geschwindigkeit dreht, die in geeigneter Weise in Funktion der Schritte zur Übergabe der Umschläge (3) an die Kuvertierstation (10) und zur Einführung der Bögen in die Umschläge (3) gesteuert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kuvertierstation (10) eine Auflagefläche (16) aufweist, auf welche die einzelnen Umschläge (3), die von den Führungsmitteln (14) zugeführt werden, aufgegeben werden, und dadurch, dass das zumindest eine Verteilerschneckenelement (21) am Rand dieser Auflagefläche (16) wirkt, um jeweils mit der geschlossenen Kante der Umschläge (3), die deren Öffnung gegenüberliegt, in Eingriff zu gelangen, wobei das Verteilerschneckenelement (21) die auf der Auflagefläche (16) der Kuvertierstation (10) vorhandenen Umschläge (3) bei jeder Umdrehung um einen Schritt anhebt, und zwar in einem auf die Abtransportbewegung des gefüllten Umschlages (3) abgestimmten Phasenverhältnis, um die Umschläge übereinander in einem Stapel anzuordnen, so dass jeder der Umschläge (3) von einer weiter unten gelegenen Eingangsposition zur Kuvertierstation (10) in eine weiter oben gelegene Position bewegt wird, die im Wesentlichen auf einer Ebene mit der Gleitoberfläche (5) liegt, in der er für die Einführung der Bögen (2) bereit ist, um somit den jeweils obersten Umschlag (3) des Stapels für die Einführung des Bogens (2) vorzubereiten und im unteren Bereich der Kuvertierstation (10) Platz für einen neuen Umschlag (3) zu schaffen, der unterhalb der bereits vorhandenen eingefügt wird. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elevatorgruppe (20) ein Paar dieser Schneckenelemente (21) beinhaltet, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind und so angetrieben werden, dass sie gegenläufig in entgegengesetzte Richtungen drehen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Umschläge (3), die zyklisch in der Kuvertierstation (10) vorhanden sind, der Anzahl der Schraubenwindungen des Schneckenelementes (21) entspricht.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transfermittel (11) ein Endlosförderer (12) beinhalten, der oberhalb der Gleitoberfläche (5) angeordnet ist und mehrere Schieberorgane (17) aufweist, die in regelmäßigem Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind und dazu bestimmt sind, auf die hintere Kante der Bögen (2) einzuwirken.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieberorgane (17) in den entsprechenden Langlöchern (8) laufen, die entlang der Gleitoberfläche (5) angefertigt sind, um die Kontrolle der Bögen (2) zu übernehmen, die in die Umschläge (3) einzuführen sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführmittel (30) neben den Transfermitteln (11) für die Bögen (2) angeordnet sind, um die Umschläge (3), mit nach oben gerichtetem Rücken, Führungsmitteln (14) zuzuführen, die aus elastischen Platten gebildet sind, die entlang einer quer zu den Transfermitteln (11) verlaufenden Richtung angeordnet sind und welche die Umschläge (3) an eine Auflagefläche (16) der Kuvertierstation (10) weiterleiten.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Faltmittel (15) entlang eines Abschnittes des Pfades für den Transfer der Umschläge (3) zu der Kuvertierstation (10) angeordnet sind, die dazu dienen, eine Klappe (13) der Umschläge (3) aufzufalten.
