Abstract
Description
- un tablier inférieur ;
- un tablier supérieur ;
- N brides de serrage d'outil de pliage, chaque bride étant montée pivotante autour d'un axe géométrique commun ; et
- des moyens pour provoquer le pivotement desdites brides autour dudit axe géométrique ;
- une pluralité d'ensembles actuateurs, aptes à prendre deux états ;
- une pluralité de moyens de transmission pour transmettre l'état de chaque ensemble actuateur à une pluralité de brides adjacentes dont le nombre est inférieur à N, de telle manière que chaque bride soit associée à un unique ensemble actuateur ; et
- des moyens pour commander séparément l'état de chaque ensemble actuateur entre un premier état qui amène les brides associées à l'ensemble actuateur dans une position de serrage de l'outil de pliage, et un deuxième état qui amène les brides associées à l'ensemble actuateur dans une position de démontage desdits outils de pliage.
- N mécanismes de pivotement de bride, chaque mécanisme étant associé à une bride et à un intermédiaire, chaque mécanisme présentant une portion de commande ;
- une pluralité de moyens de liaison pour solidariser entre eux les portions de commande des n mécanismes associés à n brides adjacentes (n entier 1 ≤ n < N),
- une pluralité de moyens de transmission pour relier mécaniquement chaque ensemble actuateur à un moyen de liaison.

Claims (6)
- Presse plieuse comprenantun tablier inférieur ;un tablier supérieur ;N brides de serrage d'outil de pliage, chaque bride étant montée pivotante autour d'un axe géométrique commun ; etdes moyens pour provoquer le pivotement desdites brides autour dudit axe géométrique ;une pluralité d'ensembles actuateurs, aptes à prendre deux états ;une pluralité de moyens de transmission pour transmettre l'état de chaque ensemble actuateur à une pluralité de brides adjacentes dont le nombre est inférieur à N, de telle manière que chaque bride soit associée à un unique ensemble actuateur ; etdes moyens pour commander séparément l'état de chaque ensemble actuateur entre un premier état qui amène les brides associées à l'ensemble actuateur dans une position de serrage de l'outil de pliage, et un deuxième état qui amène les brides associées à l'ensemble actuateur dans une position de démontage desdits outils de pliage.
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le ledit tablier inférieur est fixe et ledit tablier supérieur est mobile verticalement,
en ce qu'elle comprend en outre N intermédiaires rigidement fixés audit tablier supérieur,
en ce que chaque bride de serrage est montée en regard d'un intermédiaire ; et
en ce que les moyens pour provoquer le pivotement des brides comportent en outreN mécanismes de pivotement de bride, chaque mécanisme étant associé à une bride et à un intermédiaire, chaque mécanisme présentant une portion de commande ;une pluralité de moyens de liaison pour solidariser entre eux les portions de commande des n mécanismes associés à n brides adjacentes (n entier 1 ≤ n < N),une pluralité de moyens de transmission pour relier mécaniquement chaque ensemble actuateur à un moyen de liaison. - Presse plieuse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque mécanisme de pivotement de bride comprend deux ensembles de pivotement montés respectivement aux deux extrémités de l'intermédiaire associé à la bride, chaque ensemble de pivotement comportant un premier levier formant ladite portion de commande.
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison comprennent 2n deuxièmes leviers, chaque deuxième levier étant articulé par sa première extrémité à l'extrémité d'un premier levier, et des moyens pour solidariser entre elles les deuxièmes extrémités des deuxièmes leviers.
- Presse plieuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que chaque moyen actuateur comprend au moins un vérin dont le corps est solidaire du tablier supérieur et dont l'extrémité de la tige est solidaire d'un moyen de liaison.
- Presse plieuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque moyen actuateur comprend deux vérins, chaque vérin étant relié à une extrémité dudit moyen de liaison.
