- le bitume de l'enrobé bitumineux est dans un état fluide non mousseux lors des étapes d'addition d'eau et d'épandage ;
- l'enrobé bitumineux est à une température comprise entre 60 et 100 °C lors des étapes d'addition d'eau et d'épandage ;
- l'enrobé bitumineux est à une température comprise entre 100 et 130 °C, préférentiellement de l'ordre de 110 °C lors des étapes d'addition d'eau et d'épandage.

- un malaxeur 4 ou autre dispositif de mélangeage qui reçoit l'enrobé bitumineux du convoyeur 3 et qui est doté d'un dispositif 5 d'alimentation en eau additionnée d'adjuvants, ces adjuvants comprenant au moins un tensioactif, le malaxeur étant adapté pour mélanger l'enrobé bitumineux avec l'eau additionnée de tensioactif et d'éventuels autres adjuvants,
- un ensemble moteur 7 pour animer les parties mobiles du finisseur 1,
- et des moyens d'épandage d'enrobé comprenant :
- une ou plusieurs vis de répartition 8
