Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Halten wenigstens einer um eine Drehachse rotierbaren oder rotierenden Walze (2,3) einer Walzmaschine vorgeschlagen mit

  • a) zwei an, in Richtung der Drehachse gesehen, gegenüber liegenden Stirnseiten der Walze anordenbaren oder angeordneten Halteeinrichtungen (12,13,14,15),
  • b) wenigstens zwei Kupplungseinrichtungen (6,7,8,9) mit jeweils einem eingekuppelten Zustand und mit einem ausgekuppelten Zustand,
  • c) wobei jede Kupplungseinrichtung zwei korrespondierende Kupplungsteile (6A bis 9A, 6B bis 9B) aufweist,
    • c1) wobei ein erstes der beiden Kupplungsteile wenigstens eine, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen geradlinig verlaufende, erste Nut (60,70,80,90) und wenigstens eine nicht parallel zur ersten Nut verlaufende zweite Nut (61,71,81,91) aufweist,
    • c2) ein zweites der beiden Kupplungsteile wenigstens ein erstes Kupplungselement (62,64; 72,74; 82,82; 92,94) sowie wenigstens ein zweites Kupplungselement (63,65; 73,75; 83,85; 93,95) umfasst, wobei das erste Kupplungselement weiter vorragt als das zweite Kupplungselement,
  • d) wobei im eingekuppelten Zustand jeder der Kupplungseinrichtungen
    • d1) einerseits das erste Kupplungselement des zugehörigen zweiten Kupplungsteils in die erste Nut des zugehörigen ersten Kupplungsteils hineinragt und
    • d2) andererseits das zweite Kupplungselement des zugehörigen zweiten Kupplungsteils in die zweite Nut des zugehörigen ersten Kupplungsteils in Formschluss zu deren Seitenwänden eingreift zum Erzeugen einer drehmomentübertragenden Verbindung jeder Halteeinrichtung mit der Walze und
  • e) wobei im ausgekuppelten Zustand der Kupplungseinrichtungen die Walze von den Halteeinrichtungen lösbar oder abnehmbar ist.
