Claims (11)

  1. Einspritzventil (1) mit einem Ventilschließelement (4), das von einer Feder (10) gegen einen Ventilsitz (5) vorgespannt ist, wobei die Feder durch eine Einstellhülse (14), die innerhalb eines Einlaßrohres (7) angeordnet und mit dem Einlaßrohr (7) verbunden ist, vorbelastet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellhülse (14) durch ein Sicherungselement (12,13), das am Einlaßrohr (7) fixiert ist, gesichert ist, daß das Sicherungselement (12,13) eine Bewegung der Einstellhülse (14) von der Feder (10) weg blockiert und daß das Sicherungselement (12,13) eine Schrittbewegung der Einstellhülse (14) in Richtung auf die Feder (10) ermöglicht.
  2. Einspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement eine Haltehülse (12) und eine Sicherungshülse (13) umfaßt, daß die Haltehülse (12) am Einlaßrohr (7) fixiert ist, daß die Sicherungshülse (13) in der Haltehülse (12) angeordnet ist, daß die Einstellhülse (14) in der Sicherungshülse (13) angeordnet ist, daß die Sicherungshülse (13) an der Haltehülse (12) fixiert ist und daß die Sicherungshülse (13) in Verbindung mit der Einstellhülse (14) eine Schrittbewegung der Einstellhülse (14) in Richtung auf die Feder (10) in einer Richtung ermöglicht.
  3. Einspritzventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungshülse (13) mit einem Ende an der Haltehülse (12) fixiert ist und daß das andere Ende der Sicherungshülse (13) einen Flansch (19) aufweist, der zumindest teilweise mit einer Nut (15) der Einstellhülse (14) in Eingriff steht.
  4. Einspritzventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch (19) nach innen zur Außenfläche der Einstellhülse (14) gebogen ist.
  5. Einspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch (19) der Sicherungshülse (13) Gräben (22) aufweist und in diverse Abschnitte unterteilt ist, die mit einer Nut (15) der Einstellhülse (14) in Eingriff stehen.
  6. Einspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oberer Rand (23) der Haltehülse (12) in eine U-Form nach innen gebogen ist und daß ein oberer Rand der Sicherungshülse (13) gegen den U-förmigen Rand (23) der Haltehülse (12) stößt.
  7. Einspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungshülse (13) entlang ihrer Seite nach innen gebogen ist, so daß ein ringförmiger Spalt (18) zwischen der Sicherungshülse (13) und der Haltehülse (12) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Einspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellhülse (14) ringförmige Nuten (15) an einer Außenfläche aufweist.
  9. Einspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (15) der Einstellhülse (14) zwei Seitenflächen (16,17) besitzt, daß eine untere Seitenfläche (16) an der Seite der Feder (10) und eine obere Seitenfläche (17) entgegengesetzt hierzu angeordnet ist, daß die obere Seitenfläche (17) unter einem Winkel zur Längsachse angeordnet ist, der geringer als 90° ist, und daß die untere Seitenfläche (16) vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Längsachse der Einstellhülse (14) angeordnet ist.
  10. Einspritzventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungselement (13) ein Ringelement (28) umfaßt, das an einer zweiten Einstellhülse (14) fixiert ist, und daß das Ringelement eine obere Ringfläche (31) aufweist, die benachbart zu einer unteren Ringfläche (30) einer zweiten Haltehülse (12) angeordnet ist, daß die obere und untere Ringfläche (30,31) Stufenform besitzen und daß die Position einer unteren Endfläche (35) der zweiten Einstellhülse (14) von den Drehlagen der zweiten Haltehülse (29) und der zweiten Einstellhülse (27) zueinander abhängt.
  11. Einspritzventil nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Einstellhülse (27) von der zweiten Haltehülse (29) vorsteht und daß die zweite Einstellhülse (27) mindestens eine Ausnehmung (33) zum Drehen der zweiten Einstellhülse (27) relativ zur zweiten Haltehülse (29) umfaßt.
