Die Berechnung der Nachheizzzeit kann z.B. dadurch erfolgen, daß die Steuerschaltung 12 die tatsächliche Trockendauer zwischen zwei vorgebbaren Feuchtestufen ermittelt. Dies sind vorzugsweise die beiden letzten Feuchtestufen, z.B. die Feuchtestufen 2% Restfeuchte und 10% Restfeuchte. Die tatsächliche Trockendauer wird mit einer Normdauer verglichen und daraus ein Korrekturfaktor berechnet. Die Normdauer ist diejenige Zeitdauer, welche eine Normbeladung bei dem jeweils eingestellten Trockenprogramm als Trockenzeit zwischen den beiden obigen Feuchtestufen benötigt. Mit diesem Korrekturfaktor wird dann die für das jeweilige Trockenprogramm vorgesehene normierte Nachheizzeit so umgerechnet, daß man eine zu der jeweiligen Beladung passende korrigierte Nachheizzeit erhält. Dabei ist die normierte Nachheizzeit die Nachheizzeit, welche bei der Normbeladung den für das jeweilige Trockenprogramm gewünschten Trockengrad liefert. Diese Berechnung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Beispiels erläutert:
Claims (7)
- Wäschetrockner (1), aufweisend
eine Steueranordnung (12) zur Steuerung des Trockenvorgangs und
eine Meßanordnung (10) zum Ermitteln des Trockengrades der Wäsche während eines Haupttrockenvorgangs,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steueranordnung (12) die Nachheizzeit eines Nachtrockenvorgangs in Abhängigkeit des zeitlichen Verlaufs des Haupttrockenvorgangs steuert. - Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steueranordnung (12) die Nachheizzeit in Abhängigkeit der Trocknungsdauer zwischen wenigstens zwei vorgebbaren Feuchtestufen steuert.
- Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steueranordnung (12) die Nachheizzeit aus der Trocknungsdauer zwischen wenigstens zwei Feuchtestufen berechnet.
- Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steueranordnung (12) einen Speicher aufweist, in dem in Form einer Tabelle zu wenigstens zwei Trocknungsdauem zwischen zwei Feuchtestufen jeweils eine Nachheizzeit gespeichert ist und dass die Steueranordnung (12) die Nachheizzeit mittels dieser gespeicherten Tabelle steuert.
- Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steueranordnung (12) die Nachheizzeit so steuert, dass ein vorgebbarer Minimalwert nicht unterschritten wird.
- Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steueranordnung (12) die Nachheizzeit so steuert, dass ein vorgebbarer Maximalwert nicht überschritten wird.
- Verfahren zur Steuerung des Trockenvorgangs eines Wäschetrockners (1) mittels einer Steueranordnung (12), wobei eine Meßanordnung (10) den Trockengrad der Wäsche während eines Haupttrockenvorgangs ermittelt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steueranordnung (12) die Nachheizzeit eines Nachtrockenvorgangs in Abhängigkeit des zeitlichen Verlaufs des Haupttrockenvorgangs steuert.
