Definitions
- the present invention relates to a set of packaging and application of a cosmetic product and or care comprising a heating means.
- the document US Patent 5,856,653 discloses a heating casing having a housing inside which a tube containing a cosmetic product can be placed, so as to slowly heat up, by transferring the heat emitted by the casing, through the walls of this tube, to the cosmetic product qu 'it contains.
- This housing makes it possible to heat up, and possibly to re-fluidify, dried product residues on the walls of the tube, and thus to render them usable again for a new application of said cosmetic product.
- a tube containing a cosmetic product such as walls of this tube directly comprise a means for heating them, and thus ensure by conduction of heat a warming of the product contained in this tube.
- the heating means of the tube wall performs the same function as the external heater housing. It makes it possible to re-fluidize dried product residues on the inner walls of the tube, and thus make them usable again for a new application of said cosmetic product.
- the object of the invention is to simplify the make-up gesture, while limiting the aging of a cosmetic product contained in a container in such a quantity that it can be the subject of numerous successive applications.
- the device according to the invention allows to heat only the dose of product necessary for an upcoming application, while maintaining the rest of the product contained in the device at room temperature.
- the invention finds particular interest for the application of mascara on keratinous fibers such as eyelashes or eyebrows.
- the device according to the invention uses a heating means which is intended to heat a limited amount of product, limited to a dose for an application. Therefore, the heating means provided in the device may have a lower electrical power, and thus limit the overweight imparted by the heating means. Moreover, the heating time is actually faster.
- a packaging and application assembly comprises a reservoir containing a product to be applied, in particular a cosmetic product, and an application means mounted on the reservoir.
- the reservoir comprises a heating means.
- the heating means makes it possible to heat the applicator tip of the application means during its disengagement from the reservoir, in particular before being completely disengaged. of the tank.
- the reservoir In this intermediate position, between the closed position and a free position of the applicator allowing the application of product, the reservoir is designed such that only the applicator tip of the application means impregnated with a dose of product is heated.
- the heating means is presented at an inner wall of the tank opening, in particular at an inner periphery of a neck located under the opening.
- the neck has a height substantially equal to the length of an applicator portion of the applicator means.
- the application means may be retained on the reservoir in a closed position of the assembly, thus allowing joint storage of the reservoir and the application means.
- the heating walls of the heating means are arranged such that the application means is scraped around its entire circumference by a song of these heating walls, when the application means passes through the opening. Indeed, when the application means passes through the opening, given the position of the wiper means, it also crosses this wiper means.
- the application means passes through the opening and the wiper means after being disengaged from the closed position and so that it can then be used for a free application of the product, for example for the deposition of mascara on keratin fibers to make up.
- the edge of the wiper means for scraping is the one disposed furthest from the opening, and therefore closer to the reservoir.
- the amount of surplus product on the application means which is scraped from the outer periphery of this application means is not heated between the walls of the wiper. This arrangement allows to heat strictly a reproducible amount of product, constituting a dose.
- the latter comprises retention means to allow the application means partially out of the tank to remain in this intermediate position of heating the means of application and the dose of product impregnated therein.
- the application device comprises an applicator disposed at the end of a rod, this rod itself being mounted in a cap comprising means for maintaining the closed position in cooperation with complementary means of the reservoir, the applicator being disposed inside the reservoir in this closed position.
- the cap comprises for example a thread to cooperate with a threaded outer wall of the reservoir.
- the applicator comes into contact along its length with the walls of the heating means.
- the heating means comprises a power source, preferably DC, in particular in the form of a battery, in particular rechargeable.
- the battery can be rechargeable on a base that can itself be connected to the mains.
- a non-rechargeable battery a conventional alkaline battery is used.
- the heating means comprises a switch for selectively powering the heating walls of the heating means or not.
- This switch is for example made accessible when the application means is placed in its intermediate position relative to the reservoir, namely when the assembly is disengaged from the closed position.
- the heating means comprises a means of visual control of the heating.
- a diode electrically connected to the heating walls is visible from an outer wall of the tank.
- the switch is equipped with an electronic means for controlling the heating means.
- This servo means then makes it possible to regulate in particular the heating time and the heating temperature.
- an electrical resistance is formed in these walls.
- the electrical resistance is formed from a metal wire overmolded in a plastic wall of the heating means.
- the electrical resistance is formed from a wire housed in a helical ramp dug in an inner wall of an insulating part.
- the electrical resistance is obtained by bi-injection of at least two materials, the first material being conductive and the second material being insulating.
- Figure 1 shows a set 1 of packaging and application according to the invention.
- This set 1 comprises a reservoir 2 in which a quantity of a product 3 is stored.
- This product 3 is, for example, a make-up and / or care composition for keratin fibers, it is for example a composition of the mascara type. .
- the reservoir has for example an elongate tubular shape, such that the reservoir 2 comprises an opening 4 from which the product 3 of the reservoir 2 can be taken, this opening 4 being for example defined in the elongation axis of the tube.
- an application means 5 of the assembly 1, able to pass through this opening 4 is used to take the said quantity from the reservoir 2.
- the application means 5 comprises for example an applicator tip 6 mounted at the end of a rod 7, this rod 7 itself being mounted in a cap 8.
- the applicator tip 6 allows to take a dose of product. This is for example a foam, a flocking, or a brush.
- the cap 8 is for example designed to be retained on the reservoir 2 when the application means 5 is inserted into the reservoir 2 so that the assembly 1 thus mounted is in the closed position.
- an outer periphery of a neck 9 formed under the opening 4 has a thread 10 to cooperate with a threaded portion 11 presented on an inner periphery of a wall of the cap 8 forming a skirt around the rod 7.
- the assembly 1 is in the open position, the application means 5 is free to be used for an application of the dose of product 3 with which it is loaded.
- the applicator tip or applicator 6 shown in this example corresponds to a brush, in particular designed for brushing the eyelashes.
- Figure 2a represents the application means 5 mounted on the reservoir 2 in the closed position.
- the threaded portion 11 presented by the cap 8 is engaged in the thread 10, the applicator tip 6 is immersed in the product 3.
- the tank 2 comprises a heating means 12, for example presented at the walls of this tank 2.
- the heating means 12 is presented at the neck 9.
- the heating means 12 comprises a flange 15 to bear against a song 16 of the walls of the tank, at this opening 4.
- the rod 7 and then the applicator nozzle 6 pass through the opening 4 and thus the heating means 12 which comprises heating walls 17 arranged under this opening 4.
- the heating walls 17 of the heating means 12 are provided such that they can come into contact with at least a portion of the outer periphery of the applicator tip 6.
- these heating walls 17 come into contact with the entire surface presented by the outer periphery of the applicator tip 6.
- the applicator tip is a brush of cylindrical shape, and in a complementary manner the heating walls 17 are arranged in such a way as to define a cylindrical space of dimensions adapted to those of the brush.
- the assembly 1 is in an "intermediate" position.
- the heating means 12 under the opening 4 is that the user can heat the application nozzle 6 several times. without reloading the product. In addition, it is thus directly heating the outer periphery of the applicator tip 6, or it is the same that will then be applied to a surface to make up. This heating step is fast.
- the assembly 1 comprises means for maintaining this intermediate position in equilibrium.
- the respective masses of the reservoir 2, and the application means 5 are defined so that the intermediate position is stable.
- the reservoir can be left on a support, with the application means 5 raised above the opening 4, as shown in FIG. Figure 2b .

- This connecting means 23 comprises two terminals 24 and 25 for coming into contact with respectively two poles 26 and 27 presented by the battery 18.
- This connecting means 23 comprises two tracks 28 and 29 conductors formed in the thickness of the wall of the tank 2. These tracks back from the bottom 19 to the neck 9 at which is presented the heating means 12, with its heating walls 17.
- the heating walls 17 are connected to the tracks 28 and 29.
- the heating means 12 being in particular an element attached to the tank 2, and the tracks 28 and 29 being defined in the thickness of the tank 2, to ensure their connection, provision is made to form a circular ring on an outer periphery of the heating means 12, intended to come into mechanical contact, and not compression, with the tracks 28 and 29 protruding at an inner periphery of the neck 9.
- the power supply scheme is simplified on Figure 3 .
- the battery 18, the tracks 28 and 29 and the heating walls 17 form a closed circuit.
- a switch 30 is provided for selectively heating the heating walls 17 or not.
- This switch 30 is, for example, in the form of a pushbutton, presented at the external periphery of the neck 9. The heating of the walls 17 may thus be prevented when the assembly 1 is in the closed position, the access to the push button being hidden by the cap 8 in this position.
- the supply circuit comprises a light-emitting diode 50 mounted on the track 29.
- the track 29 being included in the thickness of the wall of the tank 2, the diode 50 is preferably also included in this wall, and so that the light signal emitted by this diode 50 is visible from the outside of the tank 2.

- the heating wall 17 is the wall forming the inner periphery of the support 31.
- Tracks 28 and 29 are, for example, metal wires on which the tank 2 is overmolded. As a variant, they may be obtained by bi-injection of the body of the tank 2, the tank being made from an insulating material, while the tracks are made from a conductive material. In another variant, these tracks 28 and 29 may be screen printed on a first molding of the tank body, this first molding being then overmoulded to ensure electrical insulation, and to give the tank 2 its final shape.
- the dissipative layer of heat forms a tube 33 made of a conductive material.
- This tube 33 is connected to the tracks 28 and 29, and is included in the thickness of the insulating support 31.
- the thickness 34 of insulation 31 on the side of the channel 32 is low to obtain a better diffusion of heat.
- This type of heating means 12 is for example obtained by bi-injection.

The present invention relates to a set of packaging and application of a cosmetic product and or care comprising a heating means.
According to the teaching of the art, it is known to heat the product contained in a container to recover residues of this product, dried on the inner walls of the container. Through this, the entire product is warmed. In use, a dose of this heated product is taken by means of an applicator. The product is therefore applied hot, which can give it interesting makeup properties, for example improve the curling eyelashes on which it is deposited.
In order for the dose of product taken to be brought to a temperature giving it these new makeup properties, it is necessary to heat the entire product. This technique poses a problem related to the premature aging of the product not removed and which has thus been reheated many times. Aging is a degradation of the cosmetic properties of the product, and especially to a volatilization of the solvents contained in the formula of this product. Furthermore, during the heating of the product, temperature gradients are formed inside the device, and therefore the dose of product taken can also have this temperature gradient and induce a non-homogeneous makeup during a single application.
The object of the invention is to simplify the make-up gesture, while limiting the aging of a cosmetic product contained in a container in such a quantity that it can be the subject of numerous successive applications. The device according to the invention allows to heat only the dose of product necessary for an upcoming application, while maintaining the rest of the product contained in the device at room temperature. The invention finds particular interest for the application of mascara on keratinous fibers such as eyelashes or eyebrows.
The device according to the invention uses a heating means which is intended to heat a limited amount of product, limited to a dose for an application. Therefore, the heating means provided in the device may have a lower electrical power, and thus limit the overweight imparted by the heating means. Moreover, the heating time is actually faster.
A packaging and application assembly according to the invention comprises a reservoir containing a product to be applied, in particular a cosmetic product, and an application means mounted on the reservoir. The reservoir comprises a heating means. In particular, the heating means makes it possible to heat the applicator tip of the application means during its disengagement from the reservoir, in particular before being completely disengaged. of the tank. In this intermediate position, between the closed position and a free position of the applicator allowing the application of product, the reservoir is designed such that only the applicator tip of the application means impregnated with a dose of product is heated.
- a reservoir having an opening, the composition being disposed inside the reservoir, and
- a means of application of the composition, suitable for loading a dose of the composition, this means of application being able to be inserted into the reservoir since the opening
- a wiper means mounted on the reservoir near the opening,
Preferably, the heating means is presented at an inner wall of the tank opening, in particular at an inner periphery of a neck located under the opening. In this case, in particular, the neck has a height substantially equal to the length of an applicator portion of the applicator means.
For example, the application means may be retained on the reservoir in a closed position of the assembly, thus allowing joint storage of the reservoir and the application means.
The heating walls of the heating means are arranged such that the application means is scraped around its entire circumference by a song of these heating walls, when the application means passes through the opening. Indeed, when the application means passes through the opening, given the position of the wiper means, it also crosses this wiper means. The application means passes through the opening and the wiper means after being disengaged from the closed position and so that it can then be used for a free application of the product, for example for the deposition of mascara on keratin fibers to make up.
Preferably, the edge of the wiper means for scraping is the one disposed furthest from the opening, and therefore closer to the reservoir. Thus the amount of surplus product on the application means which is scraped from the outer periphery of this application means is not heated between the walls of the wiper. This arrangement allows to heat strictly a reproducible amount of product, constituting a dose.
According to a preferred embodiment, to maintain at least a portion of the application means in contact with the heating means, the latter comprises retention means to allow the application means partially out of the tank to remain in this intermediate position of heating the means of application and the dose of product impregnated therein.
Advantageously, the application device comprises an applicator disposed at the end of a rod, this rod itself being mounted in a cap comprising means for maintaining the closed position in cooperation with complementary means of the reservoir, the applicator being disposed inside the reservoir in this closed position. The cap comprises for example a thread to cooperate with a threaded outer wall of the reservoir.
Preferably, the applicator comes into contact along its length with the walls of the heating means.
Advantageously, the heating means comprises a power source, preferably DC, in particular in the form of a battery, in particular rechargeable. For example, the battery can be rechargeable on a base that can itself be connected to the mains. In the case of a non-rechargeable battery, a conventional alkaline battery is used.
To selectively heat the application means and the dose of product it contains, before application, the heating means comprises a switch for selectively powering the heating walls of the heating means or not. This switch is for example made accessible when the application means is placed in its intermediate position relative to the reservoir, namely when the assembly is disengaged from the closed position.
Advantageously, the heating means comprises a means of visual control of the heating. For this purpose, a diode electrically connected to the heating walls is visible from an outer wall of the tank.
Preferably the switch is equipped with an electronic means for controlling the heating means. This servo means then makes it possible to regulate in particular the heating time and the heating temperature.
To achieve the heating walls of the heating means, an electrical resistance is formed in these walls. According to a first embodiment, the electrical resistance is formed from a metal wire overmolded in a plastic wall of the heating means. According to a second embodiment, the electrical resistance is formed from a wire housed in a helical ramp dug in an inner wall of an insulating part. Finally, according to a third embodiment, the electrical resistance is obtained by bi-injection of at least two materials, the first material being conductive and the second material being insulating.

The reservoir has for example an elongate tubular shape, such that the
The application means 5 comprises for example an
For this purpose, an outer periphery of a
Thus, when the application means 5 of the
Advantageously, it maintains for some time the
The heating means 12 being fed by a
L'ouverture 20 est de préférence opposée à l'ouverture 4 selon l'axe 22.For this purpose, the bottom 19 has an
For example, the
The

Ce deuxième orifice se superpose avec l'ouverture 4.To ensure this wiper function, the
The
