Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de traitement d'une bande de matière fibreuse, en particulier d'une bande de papier ou de carton à l'intérieur d'une machine de fabrication et/ou de traitement de celle-ci, dans lequel la bande de matière fibreuse franchit, au cours de son trajet à travers la machine, une pluralité de rouleaux servant au traitement, et il se forme une fente de sortie qui s'ouvre entre un rouleau concerné et la bande de matière fibreuse quittant le rouleau concerné, dans lequel la bande de matière fibreuse est lissée au moyen de rouleaux lisseurs chauffés (8, 9) à emprise douce et/ou dure, dans lequel le rouleau concerné est un rouleau lisseur (8, 9) d'une ou de plusieurs paires de rouleaux lisseurs pour le lissage de surface de la bande de matière fibreuse, et dans lequel la fente de sortie (5) est exposée à de la vapeur, dans lequel on améliore ainsi le pouvoir de décollement de la bande de matière fibreuse humide en mouvement (3) du rouleau lisseur (8, 9) et on préhumidifie la bande de matière fibreuse (3) pour une emprise de lissage qui suit.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise de la vapeur surchauffée.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'on commande ou on régule la quantité de vapeur à injecter.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on commande ou on régule la quantité de vapeur en fonction de la traction de la bande (3).
