Claims (8)

  1. Composite packaging comprising a container (10) in cardboard or another semi-rigid material and a bag (20) in a flexible material housed in the container, the container comprising a filling opening with a first (12) and second (14) sealing flap along two parallel axes, the bag forming an inner envelope in the container and comprising an extremity forming an outlet emerging from the filling opening of the container, the bag (20) being held against the internal walls of the said two sealing flaps by detachable fixing means (122, 124; 142, 144), the first (12) of the said two flaps comprising a trapping means (126) ensuring that said extremity of the bag is held after it has been closed and detached from the said fixing means (122, 124; 142, 144), characterised by the fact that the trapping means is formed either from a pad cut into the flap, the neck of the bag being held by being clamped between the pad and its cut, or through an orifice in the flap into which the open extremity of the bag has been slipped.
  2. Packaging according to the previous claim the height of whose first flap (12) is sufficient to seal the opening of the container by dropping down around its hinge axis.
  3. Packaging according to one of the previous claims comprising a mechanical locking means for the two flaps in a position sealing the opening.
  4. Packaging according to one of the previous claims whose second flap comprises an adhesive means (146) to lock the two flaps in a sealed position.
  5. Packaging according to the previous claim whose adhesive means (146) is formed from double sided adhesive tape with a strip protecting the adhesive which is removed before the adhesive means is put in place.
  6. Packaging according to the previous claim in which the strip protecting the adhesive is in a material allowing it to be used as a fastening to seal the bag.
  7. Packaging to collect, in particular, hospital waste according to one of the previous claims whose container is parallelepiped in shape and whose filling opening comprises two flaps (16, 18) which are perpendicular to the first and second flaps fitted with openings, which form handles.
  8. Packaging according to one of claims 4 to 7 comprising a means to open the packaging locked by the adhesive, formed by a pre-cut.
