Claims (14)
- Schälscheibe (1) für eine Zentrifuge, insbesondere für einen Separator, mita) einem scheibenförmigen Grundabschnitt (2), an den sich vorzugsweise ein rohrförmiger Abschnitt anschließt,b) wobei im Grundabschnitt (2) wenigstens ein sich vom Außenumfang des Grundabschnittes spitzwinklig zur Strömungsrichtung beginnend in einem Bogen nach innen erstreckender Ableitungskanal (3) für eine Flüssigkeitsphase ausgebildet ist, der einen Einlass (8) und einen Auslaß (9) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßc) wenigstens eine Wandung (4, 5) bzw. die Wandungskontur des Ableitungskanals (3) ganz oder abschnittsweise wellenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Schälscheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellenform durch wenigstens eine Wellenkontur (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) gebildet ist, welche zumindest einen Wendepunkt (W) aufweist.
- Schälscheibe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine die Kontur der Wandung(en) (4, 5) beschreibende Funktion an jeder Stelle mit Ausnahme des Ein- und des Auslasses (8, 9) aus dem Ableitungskanal und mit Ausnahme der Eckbereiche eines eckigen Ableitungskanals differenzierbar ist.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Wandungen (4, 5) wenigstens abschnittsweise mit einer einzelnen der Wellenkonturen (7a) versehen ist.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Wand wenigstens über die erste Hälfte des Wege des Ableitungskanals abschnittsweise mit einer der Wellenkonturen (7a) versehen ist.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellenkonturen (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) einer trigonometrischer Formel nachgebildet sind.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellenkonturen (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) hinsichtlich ihrer Geometrie einer Sinuskurve nachgebildet sind.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellenlänge λ/2 der Wellenkonturen (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) größer, insbesondere wenigstens zweimal größer, ist als ihre Amplitude A.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in verschiedenen Bereichen der Wandung(en) des Ableitungskanals (3) gleichphasige Wellenkonturen (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) in der Wandung ausgebildet sind.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in verschiedenen Bereichen der Wandung(en) des Ableitungskanals (3) nicht gleichphasige Wellenkonturen (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) in der Wandung ausgebildet sind.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Wellenlänge (P) der Wellenkonturen (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) vom Einlass (10) zum Auslass (11) verändert.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Wellenlänge (P) der Wellenkonturen (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) vom Einlass (10) zum Auslass (11) kontinuierlich erhöht.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellenkonturen an den verschiedenen Wandungen (4, 5) zueinander phasenversetzt sind.
- Schälscheibe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steigung (α) der Wellenkonturen (6a, 6b; 7a, 7b) in ihren Wendepunkten relativ zur Kurvennormalen (K) kleiner als 20° ist.
