Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour la préparation d'une couche de revêtement, comprenant les étapes:
    (a) d'application d'une couche de revêtement sur un substrat à partir d'un agent de revêtement dont les substances solides de résine comprennent un système liant durcissable par polymérisation radicalaire des doubles liaisons oléfiniques, et contenant 0,1 à 4% en poids, sur la base des substances solides de résine, d'un dérivé de morpholin-2-one empêché stériquement par une 3,3,5,5-polysubstitution, en tant que photostabilisant; et
    (b) de durcissement thermique de la couche de revêtement appliquée,
    dans lequel l'agent de revêtement contient des initiateurs radicalaires capables d'activation thermique.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dérivé de morpholin-2-one est

Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'agent de revêtement est choisi dans le groupe constitué par les agents de revêtement à l'eau, les agents de revêtement à base de solvant, les agents de revêtement liquides exempts de solvant, les agents de revêtement liquides sans eau et les agents de revêtement en poudre.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche de revêtement est appliquée sous la forme d'un revêtement à une couche.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche de revêtement est appliquée sous la forme d'au moins une couche de revêtement d'un revêtement multicouche choisie dans le groupe constitué par un primaire, un apprêt surfaçant, un revêtement de fond, une couche transparente, un revêtement de finition à une couche, et une couche de scellement.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la couche de revêtement est appliquée à partir d'un agent de revêtement pour couche transparente en tant que couche de revêtement externe transparente sur une couche de revêtement de fond pigmentée.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la couche de revêtement est appliquée à partir d'un agent de revêtement pour scellement transparent en tant que couche de scellement sur une couche de revêtement choisie dans le groupe constitué par une couche transparente et une couche de revêtement de finition.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la couche de revêtement est appliquée à partir d'un agent de revêtement pour couche de finition en tant que couche de revêtement de finition pigmentée externe sur un substrat prérevêtu.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les substrats sont des substrats choisis dans le groupe constitué par les carrosseries automobiles et les pièces de carrosserie.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un durcissement thermique est effectué au moyen d'au moins une sorte d'application de chaleur choisie dans le groupe constitué par une irradiation infrarouge et un chauffage par convection.
  11. Substrat revêtu avec une couche de revêtement préparée d'après un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
