Claims (10)
- Dispositif de fixation d'un calibre (C) sur un cercle d'emboítage (E), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte sur le calibre au moins deux paires de faces d'appui comportant chacune une face d'appui supérieure (1) et une face d'appui inférieure (2) et, sur le cercle d'emboítage (E) au moins deux butées (3) coopérant avec les faces d'appui inférieures (2) du calibre (C) et au moins deux faces de serrage (4); par le fait qu'il comporte au moins deux verrous comportant chacun un excentrique (6) solidaire d'une tige (5) coopérant avec une face d'appui supérieure (1) du calibre (C), chaque tige (5) de verrou étant logée dans un perçage traversant (7) du cercle d'emboítage (E) ; par le fait que l'extrémité inférieure du verrou (5, 6) comporte un organe de manoeuvre (11); et par le fait qu'il comporte des organes de serrage (8) vissés sur l'extrémité inférieure filetée du verrou (5, 6) et prenant appui contre une des faces de serrage (4) du cercle d'emboítage (E).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte deux paires de faces d'appui (1, 2) sur le calibre (C) et deux verrous (5, 6) correspondants intégrés au cercle d'emboítage (E).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que chaque verrou (5, 6) comporte un excentrique (6) solidaire d'une douille (5) logée à frottement gras dans un perçage traversant (7) du cercle d'emboítage (E), cette douille (5) comportant un filetage interne et son extrémité inférieure étant munie d'une fente (11) diamétrale.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les organes de serrage (8) sont constitués par des vis (8, 10).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les surfaces d'appui (1, 2) portées par le calibre (C) sont constituées par des usinages ponctuels effectués sur ce calibre (C).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les faces d'appui (1, 2) du calibre (C) sont constituées par les surfaces annulaires supérieures et inférieures d'une nervure que la paroi périphérique du calibre (C) comporte.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque excentrique (6) présente, vue en plan, la forme générale d'une portion de disque circulaire comportant au moins deux faces rectilignes (a, b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le cercle d'emboítage comporte deux butées (c, d) coopérant chacune avec une face rectiligne (a, b) de l'excentrique pour en déterminer les deux positions angulaires extrêmes, ouverte respectivement fermée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'en position de fermeture, l'excentrique (6) est situé au droit de la face d'appui supérieure (1) du calibre (C).
- Procédé de fixation d'un calibre (C) sur un disque d'emboítage (E) selon lequel :on place à frottement gras dans des perçages traversant (7) d'un cercle d'emboítage (E) la douille (5) d'un verrou (5, 6) et positionne cette douille (5) angulairement de manière à ce qu'un excentrique (6) du verrou (5, 6) soit superposé à la face supérieure (12) du cercle d'emboítage;on place un calibre (C), muni d'un cadran et d'un aiguillage, dans l'ouverture centrale du cercle d'emboítage (E) par la face supérieure de celui-ci;on déplace angulairement les verrous (5, 6) pour placer les excentriques (6) au-dessus des faces d'appui supérieures (1) que comporte le calibre (C), ce calibre reposant sur au moins une butée (3) que comporte le cercle d'emboítage (E); eton serre, à l'aide d'un organe de serrage (8) vissé sur la douille (5) et prenant appui sur la face inférieure du cercle d'emboítage (E), le calibre (C) contre le cercle d'emboítage (E) avec une force préétablie.
