Claims (18)
- Outil manuel à percussion ou à vibration (1) comportant une poignée de préhension (10) avec un revêtement (11, 12) en matériau amortisseur, caractérisé par le fait que la poignée comporte un témoin visuel d'usure (11, 25, 50).
- Outil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel c'est le matériau du revêtement (11, 12) de la poignée (10) qui constitue le témoin d'usure.
- Outil selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le matériau trahit visuellement son usure par son changement d'état.
- Outil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle le revêtement (11, 12) épouse la poignée selon une conformation (111, 112, 113, 114; 121, 122, 123, 124) qui égalise les contraintes de chocs et de vibrations mécaniques dans ledit matériau.
- Outil selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la forme du revêtement est symétrique par rapport à un plan de symétrie (4) de l'outil (1) et est délimitée par une surface de contact et une surface externe dont les sections dans ce plan de symétrie sont sensiblement des courbes (111, 112; 121, 122) d'axes de symétrie parallèles à l'axe (3) de travail et de convexités orientées vers l'outil.
- Outil selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les courbes sont telles que l'écart ex entre les courbes dans le plan de symétrie (4), à une distance x donnée de l'axe (3) de symétrie, et cette distance x sont liés par une relation quadratique (R1).
- Outil selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, dans lequel des plans (5, 7) perpendiculaires au plan de symétrie (4) et parallèles à l'axe de travail (3) coupent les surfaces délimitant le revêtement (11, 12) selon des courbes (113, 114; 123, 124 ; 115, 116 ; 125, 126) du second degré d'axes (3, 8, 6) parallèles à l'axe de travail.
- Outil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ces courbes du second degré sont des paraboles dont les paramètres P sont fonctions (R2) de l'écart ex du revêtement selon l'axe (3, 8, 6).
- Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le revêtement comporte deux couches (11, 12) de matériau, d'amortissements différents s'emboítant selon une surface de jonction (60) similaire à la surface de contact (70) séparant la poignée du revêtement.
- Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins un matériau (11) est transparent ou translucide tant qu'il n'est pas usé.
- Outil selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le matériau transparent (11) permet de distinguer visuellement un témoin (25) sur la poignée (10)
- Poignée amovible (10') pour outil manuel (1) à percussion ou à vibration doté d'une poignée de préhension (10), poignée amovible caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un témoin visuel d'usure.
- Poignée selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle il est prévu un revêtement souple (11) sur une armature rigide (12), le revêtement souple servant de témoin d'usure.
- Poignée selon l'une des revendications 12 et 13, dans laquelle l'usure se manifeste par opacification du revêtement souple (11).
- Poignée selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle est prévu un repère (25) d'usure inscrit sur la poignée (10).
- Poignée selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, dans laquelle l'armature (12) ne recouvre pas le revêtement souple (11) sur une partie centrale (50).
- Poignée selon l'une des revendications 12 à 16, dans laquelle le revêtement souple (11) comporte une excroissance (45) agencée pour s'emboíter dans une ouverture (20) de la poignée de préhension (10).
- Poignée selon la revendication 17, dans laquelle l'armature (12) comporte des moyens (40, 41) de fixation de la poignée amovible (10') sur la poignée de préhension (10).
