Claims (10)
- Boítier de clé, notamment de véhicule automobile, comprenant :Un boítier (2) présentant un logement d'insert (3) de forme longitudinale,Un insert de clé (4) monté mobile en translation dans ledit logement,Un organe de préhension (5) fixé à l'extrémité arrière (4a) dudit insert, pour permettre le déplacement de l'insert (4) entre une position escamotée (A) dans laquelle l'insert est dissimulé dans ledit logement et une position déployée (B) dans laquelle l'insert est hors dudit logement,
ledit logement d'insert (3) comprend au moins une ouverture d'insertion (6) de l'insert (4) avec l'organe de préhension (5) associé, située à l'une de ses extrémités (3a) et en ce que l'organe de préhension (5) coopère avec des moyens de retenue (7) qui, lors de l'introduction de l'insert (4) dans ledit logement d'insert à travers l'ouverture d'insertion (6), sont effacés pour permettre le passage de l'organe de préhension (5) lors du montage, puis en saillie, après le passage dudit insert au travers de l'ouverture d'insertion (6), pour empêcher le retrait de l'insert (4) de son logement d'insert (3). - Boítier de clé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (7) sont disposés dans le logement d'insert (3).
- Boítier de clé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (7) sont disposés au niveau de l'insert (4) sur l'organe de préhension (5).
- Boítier de clé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le logement d'insert (3) est pourvu, à son extrémité (3a) présentant l'ouverture d'insertion (6), d'un rétrécissement local (11), orienté selon la hauteur (h) dudit logement, et en ce que les moyens de retenue (7) s'effacent grâce au rétrécissement local (11) lors de l'introduction de l'insert (4) dans l'ouverture d'insertion puis empêchent le retrait de l'insert dudit logement d'insert (3).
- Boítier de clé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (7) comportent un pion ou plot (10, 16) soumis à la force de moyens élastiques (9, 17).
- Boítier de clé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (9, 17) sont réalisés sous la forme d'un ressort (9,17) de préférence hélicoïdal.
- Boítier de clé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de préhension (5) présente un curseur de commande (8) pourvu d'un logement cylindrique (8b) et en ce qu'une extrémité du ressort (9) est retenue dans le fond du logement cylindrique (8b) et l'autre extrémité est fixée au pion (10), les parois cylindriques du logement (8b) servant au guidage du ressort (9).
- Boítier de clé selon une des revendications 5 à 7 comprenant à chaque extrémité (3a,3b) du logement d'insert (3) une butée de fin de course (13), caractérisé en ce que des encoches (14) adjacentes aux butée de fin de courses (13) sont disposées dans le logement d'insert (3) et coopèrent avec le pion (10) soumis à la force des moyens élastiques (9) pour former des moyens d'indexation (15) définissant la position escamotée (A) et la position déployée (B) de l'insert (4).
- Boítier de clé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le plot (16) comporte une partie chanfreinée (16a) pour faciliter l'introduction de l'ensemble formé par l'insert (4) et l'organe de préhension (5) dans le logement d'insert (3).
- Boítier de clé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boítier comporte un second logement accueillant une unité d'émission et/ou réception radiofréquence, notamment une télécommande.
