PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Schlüssel mit einem Schliessteil (3, 15, 19, 25) und einem Griff (1, 13,20, 26), die in Arbeitsstellung in Einsteckrichtung (5) des Schlüssels hintereinander angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schliessteil (3, 15, 19, 25) und Griff (1, 13,20, 26) zwei getrennte Teile sind, welche zueinander in eine Ruhestellung bringbar sind, in welcher der Griff den Schliessteil aufnimmt.
2. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schliessteil (3, 15) gegenüber dem Griff (1, 13) entgegen der Einsteckrichtung (5) in die Ruhestellung verschiebbar ist.
3. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (1) einen Hohlraum aufweist, der in der Ruhestellung den Schliessteil (3) aufnimmt.
4. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am griffseitigen Ende des Schliessteiles (3) ein Basisteil (5) vorgesehen ist, welches auch in der Arbeitsstellung im Hohlraum (2) verbleibt.
5. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (1) am schliessteilseitigen Ende des Hohlraumes (2) einen Anschlag (6) für die Bewegung des Basisteiles (5) aufweist, welcher ein völliges Hinausgleiten des Schliessteiles (3) verhindert.
6. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (1) einen sich in Verschiebungsrichtung des Schliessteiles (3) erstreckenden, vom Hohlraum (2) nach aussen reichenden Schlitz (8) aufweist, und dass am Basisteil (5) ein durch den Schlitz (8) nach aussen hindurchreichender Stift (9) vorgesehen ist.
7. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (13) an einer seiner Seiten eine Aussparung (14) aufweist, in welche der Schliessteil (15) in Ruhestellung hineinzugleiten vermag.
8. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schliessteil (19) und Griff (20) mit einem Scharnier (21) miteinander verbunden sind, mittels dessen der Schliessteil (19) auf eine Seite des Griffes (20) in Ruhestellung klappbar ist.
9. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schliessteil (25) und Griff (26) durch eine Führung (27) verbunden sind, die eine Trennung des Schliessteiles (25) vom Griff (26) durch Bewegung quer zur Einsteckrichtung gestattet, und dass der Griff (26) ausgebildet ist, den abgetrennten Schliessteil (25) aufzunehmen.
10. Schlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff als Schmuckstück ausgebildet ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schlüssel mit einem Schliessteil und einem Griff, die in Arbeitsstellung in Einsteckrichtung des Schlüssels hintereinander angeordnet sind.
Bei bekannten Schlüsseln bilden Schliessteil und Griff eine mechanische Einheit und bestehen aus einem Stück. Der Schliessteil kann dabei bei klassischen Schlüsseln aus einem Schaft mit einem Bart bestehen, bei bevorzugten modernen Schlüsseln aus einer Schliesszunge, die z. B. an der Schmalseite mit Kerben oder an den Breitseiten mit Gruben versehen ist, oder einem mit Ausfräsungen versehenem zylindrischen Schaft, oder dergleichen.
Wegen der Abmessungen solcher Schlüssel und der scharfen Kanten und Ecken des Schliessteiles, die eine Aufbewahrung in einer Schlüsseltasche nahelegen, ist ein Mitsichführen der Schlüssel häufig lästig, zumal in der Kleidung häufig kein ausreichender Platz dafür vorhanden ist. Zudem können Schlüsseltasche oder Schlüssel verlegt oder verloren werden.
Bei Türen mit Schnappschlössern besteht ausserdem die Gefahr des sich Aussperrens, wenn man nicht stets den Schlüssel mit sich trägt und die Tür versehentlich geschlossen wird oder ins Schloss fällt. Besonders bei modernen Sicherheitsschlössern ist eine Öffnung der Tür dann nur unter Beschädigung des Schlosses oder der Tür möglich. Es besteht daher ein bisher nicht ausreichend befriedigtes Bedürfnis, diesem Umstand abzuhelfen und stets im Notfall einen erforderlichen Schlüssel zur Verfügung zu haben.
Die Erfindung setzt sich die Aufgabe, die erwähnten Nachteile des Standes der Technik zu beseitigen, und insbesondere den Schlüssel der eingangs bezeichneten Gattung so auszuführen und weiterzubilden, dass er mit verkleinerten Abmessungen ohne Hervortreten scharfer Kanten und Ecken unauffällig und in ansprechender Form aufbewahrt werden kann, speziell derart, dass er als auf dem Körper zu tragender Notschlüssel dienen kann.
Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass Schliessteil und Griff des Schlüssels zwei getrennte Teile sind, welche zueinander in eine Ruhestellung bringbar sind, in welcher der Griff den Schliessteil aufnimmt. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn der Schliessteil gegenüber dem Griff verschiebbar ist und in einen Hohlraum oder eine Aussparung des Griffes versenkbar ist, wobei der Griff als dekoratives, am Körper zu tragendes und den Schliessteil enthaltendes Schmuckstück ausgebildet sein kann.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der in den Figuren wiedergegebenen Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Bei dem in den Figuren 1 A, B und C in Seitenansicht in der Arbeitsstellung, in der Ruhestellung und im Längsschnitt wiedergegebenen Schlüssel weist der Griff 1 einen Hohlraum 2 auf. Der davon getrennte Schliessteil 3 ist als mit Kerben 4 versehene Schliesszunge ausgebildet und weist ein Basisteil 5 auf, das in Arbeitsstellung des Schlüssels im Hohlraum 2 an einem das Hinausgleiten verhindernden Anschlag am schliessteilseitigen Ende des Hohlraumes 2 anliegt. Hohlraum und Basisteil sind so ausgeführt und aufeinander abgestimmt, dass der Basisteil 5 in den Hohlraum 2 bis zu einem unteren Anschlag 7 hineingeschoben werdem kann, so dass in dieser Ruhestellung der gesamte Schliessteil 3 vom Griff 1 aufgenommen wird und unsichtbar ist.
Um den Schlüssel wieder in Arbeitsstellung zu bringen, wird der Schliessteil 3 wieder in Schliessrichtung hinausgeschoben, bis das Basisteil 5 wieder am oberen Anschlag 6 anliegt. Die Verschiebbarkeit des Schliessteiles 3 gegenüber dem Griff 1 kann erleichtert werden, wenn der Griff 1 einen sich in Verschiebungsrichtung erstreckenden vom Hohlraum 2 nach aussen reichenden Schlitz 8 aufweist und am Basisteil 1 ein durch den Schlitz 8 hindurchreichender Stift 9 vorgesehen ist, mit dessen Hilfe die Schliesszunge mühelos aus dem Griff hinausgeschoben werden kann. Stattdessen kann diese Bewegung jedoch auch auf andere Art bewirkt werden, z. B. durch eine vorgespannte Feder und Knopfdruckauslösung. Zweckmässig kann es sein, wenn der Basisteil 5 in Arbeitsstellung oder in Ruhestellung oder in beiden Stellungen einrastet, z.
B. mittels seitlicher Kerben 9' und einer im Inneren des Griffes vorgesehenen geeigneten Feder 10.
An der Oberseite des Griffes 1 sind beidseits Verbindungseinrichtungen 11, z. B. Ösen vorgesehen, in die eine
Halskette 12 eingehängt werden kann. Bei dekorativer Ausgestaltung der Aussenfläche des Griffes kann der Schlüssel daher als dauernd am Körper getragenes Schmuckstück dienen, das gleichzeitig ein unauffälliger Notschlüssel ist.
Figur 2 A und B zeigt ein abgewandeltes Ausführungsbeispiel in Perspektive und im Längsschnitt, bei dem statt eines Hohlraumes an einer Seite des Griffes 13 eine Aussparung 14 vorgesehen ist, in die der Schliessteil 15 mit seiner Basis 16 hineingeschoben werden kann. Die Ränder der Aussparung 14 und des Basisteiles 16 bilden dabei eine geeignete Führung, z. B. in der Form eines Schwalbenschwanzes, die eine wahlweise Verschiebung in bzw. entgegen der Schliessrichtung S gestattet. Ein Hinausgleiten des Basisteiles 16 wird dabei durch einen in eine Ausnehmung 17 des Basisteiles 16 ragenden Stift 18 oder eine Madenschraube verhindert.
Bei dem in den Figuren 3 A, B und C gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Schliessteil 19 mit dem Griff 20 mit einem Scharnier 21 verbunden. Der Griff 20 weist an einer Seite eine Aussparung 22 auf, in die das Schliessteil 19 in Ruhestellung hineingeklappt wird. Die Form der Aussparung 22 entspricht dabei der der Schliesszunge 19, so dass diese bündig vom Griff aufgenommen wird. An einer Bohrung 23 des Griffes 20 kann z. B. eine Kordel 24 angebracht werden, so dass der Schlüssel z. B. als Gürtelanhänger dienen kann.
Figur 4 zeigt eine Ausführung, bei der der Schliessteil 25 mit dem Griff 26 mit einer Führung 27 verbunden ist, so dass er durch seitliche Bewegung quer zur Einsteckrichtung des Schlüssels vom Griff getrennt und in einem durch eine Tür 28 verschliessbaren Hohlraum 29, dessen Form der des Schliessteiles 25 entspricht, unauffällig und unsichtbar untergebracht werden kann.
Es wird bemerkt, dass die Erfindung nicht auf die beschriebenen Beispiele von Flachschlüsseln beschränkt ist, sondern in geeigneter Abwandlung auch bei anderen Schlüsseltypen, z. B. Bartschlüsseln oder solchen mit zylindrischem Schaft Verwendung finden kann.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. 3. Key according to claim 2, characterized in that the handle (1) has a cavity which receives the locking part (3) in the rest position.
4. Key according to claim 3, characterized in that a base part (5) is provided at the handle-side end of the locking part (3), which remains in the working position in the cavity (2).
5. Key according to claim 4, characterized in that the handle (1) at the closing part end of the cavity (2) has a stop (6) for the movement of the base part (5), which prevents the closing part (3) from completely sliding out.
6. Key according to claim 4, characterized in that the handle (1) has a in the direction of displacement of the locking part (3) extending from the cavity (2) outwardly extending slot (8), and that on the base part (5) through the slot (8) outwardly extending pin (9) is provided.
7. Key according to claim 2, characterized in that the handle (13) has on one of its sides a recess (14) into which the locking part (15) can slide in the rest position.
8. Key according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking part (19) and handle (20) are connected to each other with a hinge (21) by means of which the locking part (19) on one side of the handle (20) can be folded in the rest position.
9. Key according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking part (25) and handle (26) are connected by a guide (27) which allows a separation of the locking part (25) from the handle (26) by movement transversely to the direction of insertion, and that the handle (26) is designed to receive the separated closing part (25).
10. Key according to one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the handle is designed as a piece of jewelry.
The invention relates to a key with a locking part and a handle, which are arranged one behind the other in the working position in the insertion direction of the key.
In known keys, the locking part and handle form a mechanical unit and consist of one piece. In the case of classic keys, the locking part can consist of a shaft with a beard; in preferred modern keys, it has a locking tongue which, for. B. is provided on the narrow side with notches or on the broad sides with pits, or a cylindrical shaft provided with cutouts, or the like.
Because of the dimensions of such keys and the sharp edges and corners of the locking part, which suggest storage in a key pocket, it is often annoying to carry the key with you, especially since there is often not enough space in clothing. In addition, a key pocket or key can be misplaced or lost.
In the case of doors with snap locks, there is also the risk of locking yourself out if you do not always carry the key with you and the door is accidentally closed or falls into the lock. Especially with modern security locks, the door can only be opened if the lock or the door is damaged. There is therefore a need which has not yet been sufficiently satisfied to remedy this fact and to always have a necessary key available in an emergency.
The invention sets itself the task of eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages of the prior art, and in particular of designing and developing the key of the type described at the outset in such a way that it can be stored unobtrusively and in an appealing form with reduced dimensions without the appearance of sharp edges and corners, specifically such that it can serve as an emergency key to be worn on the body.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the locking part and the handle of the key are two separate parts which can be brought into a rest position with respect to one another in which the handle receives the locking part. It is particularly advantageous if the closing part is displaceable relative to the handle and can be sunk into a cavity or a recess in the handle, the handle being able to be designed as a decorative piece of jewelry to be worn on the body and containing the closing part.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the figures. Show it:

In the key shown in FIGS. 1A, B and C in a side view in the working position, in the rest position and in longitudinal section, the handle 1 has a cavity 2. The locking part 3, which is separate therefrom, is designed as a locking tongue provided with notches 4 and has a base part 5 which, in the working position of the key in the cavity 2, bears against a stop at the end of the cavity 2 on the locking part side which prevents it from sliding out. The cavity and the base part are designed and matched to one another so that the base part 5 can be pushed into the cavity 2 up to a lower stop 7, so that in this rest position the entire closing part 3 is picked up by the handle 1 and is invisible.
In order to bring the key back into the working position, the locking part 3 is pushed out again in the locking direction until the base part 5 is again in contact with the upper stop 6. The displaceability of the closing part 3 relative to the handle 1 can be facilitated if the handle 1 has a slot 8 which extends in the direction of displacement from the cavity 2 and extends outwards and on the base part 1 a pin 9 is provided which extends through the slot 8 and with the aid of which the Closing tongue can be easily pushed out of the handle. Instead, this movement can also be effected in other ways, e.g. B. by a preloaded spring and pressing a button. It may be useful if the base part 5 engages in the working position or in the rest position or in both positions, for.

At the top of the handle 1 are connecting devices 11, z. B. eyelets provided in one
Necklace 12 can be hung. With a decorative design of the outer surface of the handle, the key can therefore serve as a piece of jewelry worn permanently on the body, which is also an inconspicuous emergency key.
2A and B show a modified exemplary embodiment in perspective and in longitudinal section, in which, instead of a cavity on one side of the handle 13, a recess 14 is provided, into which the closing part 15 with its base 16 can be pushed. The edges of the recess 14 and the base part 16 form a suitable guide, for. B. in the form of a dovetail, which allows an optional displacement in or against the closing direction S. The base part 16 is prevented from sliding out by a pin 18 protruding into a recess 17 in the base part 16 or a grub screw.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 3A, B and C, the closing part 19 is connected to the handle 20 with a hinge 21. The handle 20 has a recess 22 on one side into which the closing part 19 is folded in the rest position. The shape of the recess 22 corresponds to that of the closing tongue 19, so that it is received flush with the handle. At a bore 23 of the handle 20 z. B. a cord 24 are attached so that the key z. B. can serve as a belt pendant.
Figure 4 shows an embodiment in which the locking part 25 is connected to the handle 26 with a guide 27 so that it is separated from the handle by lateral movement transverse to the direction of insertion of the key and in a cavity 29 which can be closed by a door 28, the shape of which corresponds to the closing part 25, can be accommodated inconspicuously and invisibly.
It is noted that the invention is not limited to the examples of flat keys described, but in a suitable modification also with other key types, e.g. B. beard keys or those with a cylindrical shaft can be used.
