Description
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Bohren, insbesondere Schlag- oder Drehschlagbohren, von Löchern (3) in Boden- oder Gesteinsmaterial, wobei durch eine an einem Bohrgestänge (2) gelagerte Bohrkrone (1) durch eine schlagende und/oder drehende Bewegung ein Bohrloch (3) gebildet wird und ein Mantel- bzw. Hüllrohr (10) in das Bohrloch (3) eingebracht wird, wobei über wenigstens eine Zufuhröffnung (12) abgebautes Material und/oder insbesondere durch das Bohrgestänge (2) in den Bereich der Bohrkrone (1) eingebrachtes Spül- bzw. Kühlfluid in einen zwischen dem Außenumfang des Bohrgestänges (2) und dem Innenumfang des Hüllrohrs (10) definierten Ringraum (13) eingebracht und aus dem Bohrloch (3) ausgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei bzw. nach Fertigstellung des Bohrloches (3) die Zufuhr von Spül- bzw. Kühlfluid in die Bohrkrone (1) unterbrochen wird, daß die Zufuhröffnung (12) für das Einbringen von abgebautem Material und/oder Spül- bzw. Kühlfluid in den Ringraum (13) zwischen dem Bohrgestänge (2) und dem Hüllrohr (10) fluiddicht abgedichtet wird und daß das Mantel- bzw. Hüllrohr (10) an seinem aus dem Bohrloch (3) ragenden Ende gegenüber der Bohrlochwand (16) festgelegt und fluiddicht abgedichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Hüllrohr (16) vorgesehene Zufuhröffnung (12) für ein Einbringen von Material in den Ringraum (13) zwischen dem Bohrgestänge (2) und dem Hüllrohr (10) durch ein Verschieben der Bohrkrone (1) entgegen der Bohrrichtung über wenigstens ein an dem von der Abbaufläche der Bohrkrone (1) abgewandten Ende vorgesehenes Abdichtelement (8, 23) abgedichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hüllrohr (10) im Bereich der Abdichtung an dem aus dem Bohrloch (3) vorragenden Ende zur Verhinderung einer Entfernung entgegen der Bohrrichtung aus dem Bohrloch (3) gesichert, insbesondere verkeilt bzw. verklemmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bohrgestänge (2) nach Fertigstellung der Bohrung in an sich bekannter Weise von der Bohrkrone (1) getrennt wird und aus dem Hüllrohr (10) ausgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Entfernen der Bohrgestänges (2) in an sich bekannter Weise das Bohrloch (3), insbesondere das Mantel- bzw. Hüllrohr (10), mit einem aushärtenden Material verfüllt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Bohren, insbesondere Schlag- oder Drehschlagbohren, von Löchern (3) in Boden- oder Gesteinsmaterial, wobei eine an einem Bohrgestänge (2) gelagerte Bohrkrone (1) durch eine schlagende und/oder drehende Bewegung ein Bohrloch (3) ausbildet und ein das Bohrgestänge (2) umgebendes Mantel- bzw. Hüllrohr (10) in das Bohrloch (3) einbringbar ist, wobei insbesondere durch das Innere des Bohrgestänges (2) ein Spül- bzw. Kühlfluid in den Bereich der Abbaufläche der Bohrkrone (1) einbringbar und abgebautes Material und/oder das Spül- bzw. Kühlfluid über wenigstens eine Zufuhröffnung (12) in einen Ringraum (13) zwischen dem Bohrgestänge (2) und dem Hüllrohr (10) einbringbar und aus dem Bohrloch (3) ausbringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Zufuhrleitung (6) für das Spül- bzw. Kühlfluid in die Bohrkrone (1) als auch im Bereich der wenigstens einen Zufuhröffnung (12) in den Ringraum (13) zwischen dem Bohrgestänge (2) und dem Hüllrohr (10) wenigstens ein Abdichtelement (8, 23) vorgesehen ist und daß das Hüllrohr (10) an dem aus dem Bohrloch (3) ragenden Ende (14) an dem umgebenden Boden- oder Gesteinsmaterial (16) über eine Festlegungs- und/oder Abdichteinrichtung (15, 17) festgelegt und fluiddicht abgedichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Zuleitung (6) für das Spül- bzw. Kühlfluid zu der Bohrkrone (1) ein entgegen der Zufuhrrichtung (9) des Spül- bzw. Kühlfluids schließendes Rückschlagventil (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem von der Abbaufläche (4) der Bohrkrone (1) abgewandten Ende der Bohrkrone wenigstens ein Abdichtelement (23) vorgesehen ist, welches nach Fertigstellung des Bohrloches (3) insbesondere durch eine Bewegung der Bohrkrone (1) entgegen der Bohrrichtung (9) die im Hüllrohr (10) ausgebildete Zufuhröffnung (12) in den Ringraum (13) zwischen dem Bohrgestänge (2) und dem Hüllrohr (10) abdichtet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdichtelement (23) an einem an die Innenabmessungen des Hüllrohrs (10) angepaßten Fortsatz (24) der Bohrkrone (1) gebildet ist, welcher mit zusätzlichen Dichtelementen (25), insbesondere Dichtringen, ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Festlegungs- und/oder Abdichteinrichtung (15, 17) zur Festlegung und Abdichtung des Hüllrohrs (10) an dem aus dem Bohrloch (3) ragenden Ende (14) wenigstens ein Sicherungs- bzw. Klemmelement (18) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungs- bzw. Klemmelement (18) von einem das Hüllrohr (10) umgebenden Ringelement gebildet ist, welches an seiner Außenfläche eine sich konisch verjüngende Oberfläche (19) aufweist und mit einer komplementären, sich konisch verjüngenden Innenfläche (20) des Festlegungselements (15) bei einer Bewegung des Hüllrohrs (10) entgegen der Bohrrichtung (9) zusammenwirkt und eine Bewegung des Hüllrohrs (10) entgegen der Bohrrichtung (9) verhindert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bohrgestänge (2) von der Bohrkrone (1) in an sich bekannter Weise lösbar und aus dem Bohrloch (3) entfernbar ist.
