Claims (7)
- Flexible elektrische Leitung für Schleppketten, bestehend aus mindestens einer Ader, die einen von einer Isolierschicht umgebenen, flexiblen elektrischen Leiter und einen über der Isolierschicht angebrachten Mantel aus Kunststoff ausweist, wobei die Isolierschicht des Leiters aus einer an dem Leiter anliegenden inneren weichen Schicht aus einem modifizierten Polypropylen sowie einer die innere Schicht umgebenden und fest an derselben haftenden härteren äußeren Schicht aus Propylen oder einem Polypropylen enthaltenden Material besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Schicht (3) aufgeschäumt ist.
- Flexible elektrische Leitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Schicht (3) mittels eines Treibmittels aufgeschäumt ist.
- Flexible elektrische Leitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Schicht (3) physikalisch aufgeschäumt ist.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Schicht (3) aus einem Polypropylen Copolymer mit einem Anteil von Gummi zwischen 20 und 60 % besteht.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Schicht (3) aus vollvernetzten Kautschukteilchen besteht, die in einer kontinuierlichen Matrix von thermoplastischen Material verteilt sind.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Schicht (4) aus Polypropylen oder Polypropylen Copolymer besteht.
- Flexible Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Schicht (4) aus einem thermoplastischen Material in welchem vollvernetzte Kautschukteilchen verteilt sind besteht, wobei der Härtegrad des thermoplastischen Materials über 55 Shore D beträgt.
