Claims (3)
- Wiederverwendbare, modulare Schalung zur Ausführung von Säulen, Folgendes umfassend:wenigstens zwei modulare Elemente, wobei jedes modulare Element eine lineare Entwicklung aufweist und aus Kunststoff besteht, geformt als Teil des Umfangs einer Säule, wobei das besagte modulare Element mit linearer Entwicklung (M) wenigstens eine Wand mit einer glatten Innenseite (M1) als Boden der Schalung und mit einer nicht ebenen Außenseite (M2) umfasst, wobei die besagte, nicht ebene Außenseite (M2) des Weiteren Kantenrippen (Mo) und Zwischenrippen (Mn) umfasst, wobei die Kantenrippen (Mo) der wenigstens einen Wand Kupplungsflächen (Me) für entsprechende modulare Elemente mit linearer Entwicklung (M) aufweisen, so dass ein Segment oder ein geschlossener Abschnitt der besagten, modularen Schalung entsteht und wobei das besagte modulare Element mit linearer Entwicklung (M) Löcher (Mf) an den Kantenrippen (Mo) aufweist, die vorzugsweise kreisförmig sind mit zwei oder mehreren diametral entgegengesetzten Rillen (Mf1), und wobei die besagten Löcher (Mf) entlang den Kantenrippen (Mo) angeordnet sind, so dass, wenn verschiedene modulare Elemente mit linearer Entwicklung (M) angekuppelt oder aufeinander ausgerichtet werden, die besagten Löcher (Mf) in den verschiedenen, modularen Elementen mit linearer Entwicklung (M) entlang der besagten Kupplungsfläche (Me) aufeinander ausgerichtet sind;wenigstens zwei Schließschlüssel, die durch die besagten Löcher (Mf) eingesteckt sind, um die verschiedenen modularen Elemente mit linearer Entwicklung (M) zu befestigen; wobei jedes der besagten modularen Elemente (M) aus einer halbkreisförmigen Kunststoffplatte besteht, die an der konvexen, nicht ebenen Außenseite (M2) die besagten Zwischenrippen (Mn) und die besagten Kantenrippen (Mo) aufweist, wobei die Kantenrippen (Mo) entlang des Umfangs der Platte des modularen Elements (Mo) positioniert sind und jede der besagten Kantenrippen (Mo) eine größere Dicke (S1, S2) und Höhe (H1) als die Zwischenrippen (Mn) hat, und wobei senkrechte Kantenrippen (MoV) entlang der senkrechten Kante der Platte und waagerechte Kantenrippen (MoH) entlang der waagerechten Kante der Platte angeordnet sind;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (H1) der senkrechten Kantenrippen (MoV) größer ist als die Höhe der waagerechten Kantenrippen (MoH).
- Wiederverwendbare, modulare Schalung zur Ausführung kreisförmiger Säulen gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Kantenrippen (Mo), die entlang der Kante der Platte des modularen Elements (Mo) positioniert sind, eine solche Dicke (S1, S2) und Höhe (H1, H2) haben, dass sie an den Kantenrippen (Mo) eines identischen, angekuppelten oder ausgerichteten modularen Elements (M) anhaften.
- Wiederverwendbare, modulare Schalung gemäß allen vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (Mo, Mn) orthogonal zu den Kupplungsflächen (Me) gerichtet sind.
