Description

  • L'Homme utilise certains matériels comme les échelles, les escabeaux, les plates-formes individuelles de travail pour lui permettre de réaliser différents travaux à des hauteurs variables.
  • Pour satisfaire cette variabilité des hauteurs d'intervention les matériels utilisés sont souvent équipés de marches fixes et de pieds télescopiques réglables permettant d'atteindre des hauteurs de travail plus grandes (cf. par exemple DE 29701938 U ou US 6 073 726 ). Pour compenser ces réglages une marche ou un échelon est rajouté par rabattement sur les pieds télescopiques. Cette disposition connue ne permet pas d'obtenir toute la rigidité et par voie de conséquence la sécurité offerte par ce type de marche.
  • La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces insuffisances en complétant les matériels pourvus de pieds télescopiques d'une marche coulissante escamotable. Cette marche coulissante située au niveau de la partie télescopique sortante des pieds, permet d'éviter un espacement trop important entre le sol d'appui et la première marche fixe inférieure lorsque les pieds télescopiques sont déployés. Ainsi, l'utilisateur pourra monter ou descendre en toute sécurité sans subir de décalage désagréable, voire dangereux entre le sol d'appui et la marche inférieure fixe du matériel.
  • Cette marche coulissante ajoutée entre les pieds est conçue de manière à offrir, d'autre part, une grande résistance aux effets de torsion dus aux effets de montée et de descente sous le poids de l'utilisateur. En position repliée, cette marche est maintenue sous la première marche inférieure fixe de l'appareil. Ce maintien est assuré par clipsage de façon à éviter toute gêne pour l'utilisateur lorsque l'utilisation de cette marche coulissante n'est plus nécessaire.
  • La marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable est constituée de deux tubes horizontaux venant de part et d'autre des génératrices des pieds télescopiques et sont réunis par deux plats. C'est cette disposition qui assure la bonne résistance à l'effet de torsion évoqué précédemment.
  • Les deux plats reliant les deux tubes horizontaux supportent deux tubes verticaux coulissants. Ce coulissement se fait dans deux tubes fourreaux solidaires des pieds télescopiques. La constitution des autres marches fixes de l'appareil par deux tubes parallèles permet de faire coulisser entre ceux-ci les deux tubes verticaux de la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable. Ce coulissement de la valeur d'un espacement entre marche est limité par des butées situées sur l'extrémité supérieure des tubes fourreaux de guidage.
  • La figure 1 représente, à titre d'exemple, une vue en perspective d'une plate-forme individuelle de travail pieds télescopiques sortis, équipée de la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable.
  • La figure 2 représente une vue partielle et en perspective des pieds télescopiques, coté marches fixes, sortis et la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable déployée.
  • La figure 3 représente une vue partielle en perspective vue de dessous de deux marches fixes de la plate-forme individuelle de travail avec pieds télescopiques rentrés, dont la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable est clipsée sous la marche fixe inférieure.
  • La figure 4 représente une vue partielle et en perspective de la marche coulissante escamotable repliée avec son système de blocage.
  • Selon les figures 1, 2, 4 la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1) est constituée de deux tubes horizontaux (9) et (9') réunis par deux plats (7) et (7') solidaires de deux tubes verticaux (4) et (4') coulissants.
  • Suivant les figures 1, 2, 4, les deux tubes verticaux (4) et (4') coulissent dans deux tubes fourreaux de guidage (5) et (5') soudés sur la face intérieure de chacune des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2') et situés entre les deux tubes horizontaux (10) et (10') constituant la marche fixe inférieure (12) solidaire des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2').
  • Suivant la figure 3 et 4, la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1) est maintenue en position repliée et clipsée sous la marche fixe inférieure (12) constituée des deux tubes horizontaux (10) et (10') solidaires des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2') au moyen d'une languette flexible (8) elle-même solidaire du tube horizontal (10).
  • Suivant les figures 3 et 4, cette languette flexible (8) possède un cran (11) qui vient après flexibilité, prendre appui sur le tube horizontal (9) de la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1), pour la retenir dans sa position repliée.
  • Suivant les figures 1 et 2, les deux tubes verticaux (4) et (4') de la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1) sont équipés à leur extrémité supérieure des butées (6) et (6') qui viennent prendre appui sur l'extrémité supérieure des deux tubes fourreaux de guidage (5) et (5') lorsque la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1) est en position déployée.
  • Suivant les figures 1, 2, 3, 4, les extrémités (3) et (3') des deux tubes horizontaux (9) et (9') réunis par deux plats (7) et (7') de la marche additionnelle escamotable coulissante (1), sont situées de part et d'autre des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2') de façon à conférer à la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1) une très bonne résistance à la torsion sous l'effet du poids de l'utilisateur.
  • Suivant les figures 1, 2, 3, la marche fixe inférieure (12) et la marche fixe (12') de la plate-forme individuelle de travail (13) sont constituées respectivement de deux tubes horizontaux (10) et (10') et de deux tubes horizontaux (15) et (15'), ces tubes sont solidaires des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2') et sont écartés pour permettre dans l'intervalle ainsi obtenu le coulissement de la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1).
  • Suivant les figures 1, 2, 4 la marche fixe inférieure (12) de la plate forme individuelle de travail (13) est constituée de deux tubes horizontaux (10) et (10'), et ces tubes solidaires des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2') sont écartés de façon à permettre le logement des deux tubes fourreaux de guidage (5) et (5') dans lesquels viendront coulisser les deux tubes verticaux (4) et (4') de la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1) lors de sa remontée sous la marche fixe inférieure (12).

Claims (5)

  1. Marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1) adaptable sur les matériels type échelles, échafaudages, plates-formes individuelles de travail dont les pieds d'appui sont télescopiques et réglables, et pourvus d'au moins une marche fixe inférieure (12) constituée de deux tubes horizontaux (10) et (10') solidaires de part et d'autre des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2') caractérisée en ce qu'elle est, elle-même, constituée de deux tubes horizontaux (9) et (9') réunis par deux plats (7) et (7') solidaires de deux tubes verticaux (4) et (4') qui coulissent dans deux tubes fourreaux de guidage (5) et (5') destinés à être soudés sur chacune des faces intérieures des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2'), et destinées à être situés entre les deux tubes horizontaux (10) et (10') de la marche fixe inférieure (12).
  2. Marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1), suivant revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que sa conception particulière constituée de deux tubes horizontaux (9) et (9') dont les extrémités (3) et (3') sont {-} situées de part et d'autre des génératrices des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2') de façon à conférer à la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1) une résistance importante à la torsion due à l'effet de poids de l'utilisateur conférant ainsi à celui-ci une meilleure sécurité.
  3. Marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1), suivant revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la marche fixe inférieure (12) de la plate-forme individuelle de travail (13) à pieds télescopiques (2) et (2') constitués de deux tubes horizontaux (10) et (10') solidaires des parties femelles (14) et (14') des pieds télescopiques (2) et (2') sont suffisamment écartés pour pouvoir recevoir les deux tubes fourreaux de guidage (5) et (5') dans lesquels viendront coulisser les tubes verticaux (4) et (4') de la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1) lors de sa remontée sous la marche fixe inférieure (12).
  4. Marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1), suivant revendications 1 et 3, caractérisée en ce que les tubes verticaux (4) et (4') comportent en leur extrémité supérieure des butées (6) et (6') venant coopérer avec l'extrémité supérieure des deux tubes fourreaux de guidage (5) et (5') de façon à éviter toute sortie intempestive de la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1).
  5. Marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1), suivant revendications 1 et 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est maintenue en position de non utilisation sous la marche fixe inférieure (12) par une languette flexible (8) destinée à être solidarisée du tube horizontal (10) de la dite marche fixe inférieure (12), et possédant un cran (11) qui est destiné à prendre appui sur le tube horizontal (9) pour le bloquer et éviter toute descente non désirée de la marche additionnelle coulissante escamotable (1).
