Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for inspection and / or maintenance and / or servicing of the superstructure of rail vehicles, in particular in covered facilities, such as. B. ICE maintenance car halls.
Rail vehicles are known for inspection and repair on overhead lines, the movable cabins or scaffolding u. U. also have with adjustable load suspension devices (DE-OS 43 16 663 A1, DE 44 31 505 A1).
Movable scaffold structures are known for inspections and repairs of rail vehicles in car halls, which are attached to the roof structure of the hall. This has the disadvantage that the roof structure has to be designed or reinforced for the support of the scaffold and for the additional load capacity of the load suspension device (approx. 5 t). The design effort is considerable and therefore expensive.
Furthermore, scaffold structures in car halls are known which are designed to be stationary, so that the rail vehicle has to be moved for inspection and maintenance work. This requires an increased expenditure of time and either very long car halls or very short train units.
durchzuführenden Arbeiten an Aufbauten an Schienenfahrzeug gewährleistet
The invention is based on the object of eliminating the disadvantage of the prior art in that a movable scaffold structure is to be developed which ensures effective handling of the work to be carried out on superstructures on a rail vehicle and meets the highest safety standards.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the roof working platform is designed in a symmetrical design for use on at least one track with a train set and over almost the entire length of the track in a raised form, and can be moved independently with a swiveling load suspension device and with grating grids and railings that can be folded out on both sides a control system for both tracks and an entry with safety cage.
The work platform is equipped with a motor, which is preferably driven electrically, the power being fed in via a cable or a battery to be carried on the work platform.
In the case of a battery-assisted power supply, the roof working platform has a docking station with a charging coupling, so that the battery is automatically charged via the charging coupling when it is parked in the docking station.
For safety reasons, the roof working platform must be equipotential with brushes for at least one of its rails. A resistance of max. 2 ohms can be guaranteed.
The roof working platform can be reached via an entry with a safety cage, the safety cage having doors whose locks are provided with a safety circuit. The security cage has at least one, preferably two, doors in its entry area, which can only be opened when the power supply to the respective overhead line has been switched off. The locks of the door (s) located in the exit area of the safety cage to the roof working platform are connected to the docking station of the entrance and can only be opened when the roof working platform is in the parking position (docked).
The load handler arranged on the roof working platform has a cable and a swivel arm. In addition, it has a limit switch that prevents the platform from moving when the load arm is extended / swung out. The load handler can therefore only be swiveled to the side whose overhead line is switched off (without power supply).
The roof work platform has a partition in the middle, which prevents personnel from changing to the overhead line side that is not switched off when the device is used on both sides.
In the event of a power failure, the roof platform has a rappelling device and a hand crank for moving the device. To secure the workforce when moving the roof platform seats are arranged.

keine Stromversorgung besitzt. Die Last nimmt dabei die Dacharbeitsbühne
(1) auf.
Entsprechende Endlagenschalter verhindern ein Verfahren der Dacharbeitsbühne
(1) bei ausgeklappten/ausgeschwenkten Lastaufnahmemittel
Stromversorgung mittels Kabel erfolgen.
The device for inspecting and / or servicing and / or servicing the superstructures of rail vehicles - also called roof work platform (1) - is carried out in a raised position within a wagon hall (2). The elevation (3) on the hall floor (4) is designed so high that the fold-out parts of the roof working platform can rest securely on the roof of every type of rail vehicle. The stage (1) moves on rollers (5) on the elevation (3), which has the tracks (6).
A load handler (7) with cable / motor (8) and swivel arm / gear (9) is arranged on the roof work platform (1) for attaching and detaching superstructures, such as pantographs. The swivel arm is adjustable in length. The swivel arm (9) must be able to unload at least just above the center of the rail vehicle and can only ever be moved to the track side whose overhead line currently has no power supply. The load is taken up by the roof working platform (1).
Corresponding limit switches prevent the roof work platform (1) from moving when the load suspension device (7) is folded out / swung out. The zero position of the load handler (7) is parallel to the direction of travel.
The roof working platform (1) can be moved almost over the entire track area of the car hall (2).
The roof work platform (1) is entered via an entrance (10) which is followed by a safety cage (11). The safety cage (11) has the doors (12; 13) in the entry area and the doors (14; 15) in the exit area. The doors (12; 13) can only be opened if the assigned overhead line is switched off / grounded. The doors (14; 15) can only be opened if the roof working platform (1) is in the end position directly in front of the safety cage (11) in the docking station (22).
In the safety cage (11) there is a battery charger (16) for the battery (17), which supplies the entire roof working platform with electricity and ensures that it can be moved independently of the power connections. Of course, the roof working platform (1) can also be carried out via a normal power supply using a cable.
After entering the unlocked side of the roof working platform (1), which has a partition (18) to the non-unlocked side, first a folding railing (19) and then a movable grating (20) is tilted onto the roof of the rail vehicle (21). This prevents personnel from falling.
Equipotential bonding is carried out via grinding brushes to the track (6). The resistance may be max. Amount to 2 ohms.
The roof working platform (1) also has a rappelling device in the event of a power failure and seats when moving the stage, as well as an emergency manual operation, which enables the process without electrical energy.
An electronic security system, powered by the batteries or via the mains connection, monitors the end positions of the carried components and thus realizes a high security standard.
