Claims (6)
- Werkzeug zum Herstellen von Konvexitäten in einer Platte, umfassend eine erste (12) und eine zweite (13) Werkzeughälfte, wobei zumindest eine Werkzeughälfte (12, 13) eine Vielzahl von erhöhten Teilen (17) aufweist, die in einer Reihe entlang einer geraden Linie angeordnet sind, und zumindest eine Werkzeughälfte eine Vielzahl von Ausnehmungen (16) aufweist, wobei die erhöhten Teile (17) an der ersten Werkzeughälfte (12) in die Ausnehmungen (16) an der zweiten Werkzeughälfte (13) passen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
jede Werkzeughälfte (12, 13) eine Walze ist, die eine Fläche (18, 19) umfasst, die in dem Walzspalt zwischen sich die Plattendicke um die Konvexitäten (3, 4) herum definiert und die Platte (1) in einer Ebene hält, in der die erhöhten Teile (17) der ersten Walze (12) eine Länge aufweisen, die, wenn von einem Punkt in der Ebene über die Oberseite des erhöhten Teils hinweg zu einem Punkt in der Ebene auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des erhöhten Teils (17) gemessen wird, gleich der entsprechenden Länge über die erhöhten Teile (17) an der zweiten Walze (13) ist, wobei die erhöhten Teile (17) an und die Ausnehmungen (16) in einer jeweiligen Walze in dem Walzspalt mit wenig oder keinem Zwischenraum aneinander vorbeitreten, was bewirkt, dass die Platte (1) zwischen dem jeweiligen erhöhten Teil (17) und der jeweiligen Ausnehmung (16) geschnitten wird, um eine Öffnung (7) zwischen einer Konvexität (3) und der benachbarten Konvexität (4) zu bilden. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
jede Walze erhöhte Teile (17) und Ausnehmungen aufweist. - Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Walzen, zumindest in einem Bereich in einer Linie mit den jeweiligen Reihen von Konvexitäten, Flächen (18, 19) aufweisen, die zwischen sich einen kleineren Abstand in dem Walzspalt als ein Zwischenraum (23) zwischen den jeweiligen passenden Ausnehmungen (16) und erhöhten Teilen (17) bilden, sodass die Platte derart gewalzt wird, dass sie in einem Bereich (6) zwischen den Konvexitäten und in der Reihe von Konvexitäten dünner ist als das Plattenmaterial in den Konvexitäten. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Walzen auf eine solche Weise aufgebaut sind, dass der Bereich (6) auf eine solche Weise gewalzt wird, dass sichergestellt ist, dass die durch Walzen eingeleitete Ausdehnung der Bereiche (6) in der Walzrichtung der Ausdehnung der Platte in den Bereichen der Konvexitäten (3, 4) in der Walzrichtung entspricht, wobei die Ausdehnung durch die Krümmung dieser Konvexitäten hervorgerufen wird. - Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
es zumindest vier Walzen (12, 13, 21, 22) in zwei Walzgerüsten umfasst, wodurch eine partielle Bildung der Konvexitäten (3, 4) und ein Schneiden der Platte, um in dem ersten Walzgerüst die Öffnungen (7) zu bilden, und ein Stanzen der Konvexitäten in einem zweiten Walzgerüst zugelassen wird. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in dem zweiten Walzgerüst die erhöhten Teile (17) die Ausnehmungen (16) an gegenüberliegenden Walzen (21, 22) in der Längsrichtung beabstandet sind, um zu vermeiden, dass sich die Walzen während des Walzens berühren.
