Abstract

In a respirator mask in which the visor panels can be covered by light-absorbing supplementary panels, first and second snap-in hooks are molded onto opposite sides of the visor panel and a stop is molded onto a corner section to form a guide pocket. The outer contour lines and the convexity of the visor panel and the supplementary panel are identical. To attach the flexurally elastic supplementary panel, it is first fastened in the guide pocket and on the first snap-in hook. Then the opposite side is locked into the second snap-in hook after flexing the supplementary panel.

Description

The invention relates to respirators with attachment discs, as a light filter in front of the provided in the mask body Sight glasses are fastened.

In the mask body consisting of a flexible material Respirators are at eye level of the user Sight glasses used. To protect the eyes damaging or impairing vision due to glare Light rays it is known, if necessary in front of the lenses from one the light rays to attach existing material to the filtering material. To attach the attachment discs is on the mask body in the peripheral region of the lenses each one Holding frame provided while the additional lenses on encircling edge embedded in a rubber cuff are. The attachment of the attachment discs, where the rubber boot slipped over the support frame is cumbersome and time consuming and wearing protective gloves associated with considerable difficulties. In particular Cases of light rays are also to prevent eye damage immediate protection of the eyes is required the required with the known attachment systems in the short time and unassisted is. Apart from the due to the support frame and the cuff elaborate training, are the hitherto applied attachment discs or their attachment systems still disadvantageous in that they are very voluminous and thus the reading of instruments considerably is difficult.

The invention is therefore based on the object, a respirator and the temporarily attachable to this Forming lenses for light filtering in such a way that in Use case, that is, with attached mask, regardless from foreign help a quick attachment of the attachment discs is possible and beyond that of the Attachment discs and the fastening system occupied, over the mask body projecting space is low.

According to the invention, the object with a according to the Features of claim 1 trained respirator solved with attachment discs.

From the dependent claims, advantageous developments and expedient embodiments of the invention.

The basic idea of the invention exists in other words in that the flexurally elastic and both in the outer Contours as well as in the vault with the lens identical Attachment disc directly on the lens integrated into their opposite side edges Locking means is fixed, with the fast, correct position Arrangement of the additional lens to the lens a guide means is formed. When attaching the attachment disc This is done first with the help of the guide aligned on the lens, then held in the first locking means and then - under slight elastic bending - in the opposite second locking means final, and close to the Lens, fixed.

Both the lens and the attachment disc are simple and thus inexpensive to produce. The attachment of the attachment discs can with applied respiratory mask done without tools or outside help, in a very short time. The attachment disc is safe fixed, but also prepares their removal no Difficulties. Another advantage is the low Required space, since the height only to the strength of Attachment disc is enlarged.

The guide means will be through one in a corner area the visor integrally formed on the edge stop web, which defines a leadership pocket formed. As locking means are on two opposite edges of the lens Latch hook molded, each consisting of a vertical Bridge and a horizontal jetty exist. In the area where the attachment disc in mounted Condition is below the latching hook, are in the attachment disc each wells formed so that the top edge the catch hook is flush with the surface of the attachment disc concludes.

According to a further feature of the invention is the attachment disc - seen towards the lens - concave, so that required for assembly or disassembly slight elastic bending of the attachment disc is possible in a simple way. Um for the elastic Bending to create an attack surface is in the edge area the attachment disc formed a finger recess. Thereby is the handling of the attachment disc during assembly and disassembly easier.

The lens 1 is curved and has a on the circumference circumferential groove 2, via which it with the mask body a respirator (not shown) connected is.

In an angular contoured edge region 3 of the lens 1 is a guide pocket 4 for arranging in the correct position an attachment disc 5 formed on the lens 1. The guide pocket 4 is replaced by one of the Lens surface vertically rising stop ridge 6 formed. At the opposite side edges the lens 1 are first and second locking hooks 7 and 8 formed, each consisting of a vertical extending from the windshield surface elongated Bridge 7a or 8a and a horizontal to the lens center pointing holding web 7b and 8b exist. Out Fig. 4 it can be seen that the stop web 6 in the web 7a of the first latching hook 7 passes.

The shape of the attachment disc 4 corresponds in terms of Edge course and the curvature of the disc surface substantially the sight glass 1. In the edge area, in the attachment disc 5 in the assembled state under the first latching hook 7 and the second latching hook 8 is in the attachment disc 5, a first and a second recess 9, 10 (material weakening) molded, whose length and width slightly larger than that of the horizontal Webs 7b and 8b of the respective latching hook is. On the Lens 1 is in front of the second recess 10 a Finger recess 11 is formed. The attachment disc 5 is due the domed formation in one direction slightly, but still slightly elastically deformable.

Das Anbringen der Vorsatzscheibe 5 auf der Sichtscheibe 1 wird folgendermaßen durchgeführt:Attaching the attachment plate 5 on the lens 1 is performed as follows:

The front lens 5 is with its angled (pointed) Side in the guide pocket 4 to the stop bar. 6 pushed in and automatically takes their correct position Position with respect to the lens 1 a. there slides the first recess 9 in the attachment disc. 5 under the first latching hooks 7, so that the attachment disc 5 already locked on one side of the lens 1 is. By one with the finger of the user on the Fingermulde 11 exerted in the direction of the arrow in Fig. 2 Pressure, the lens 5 is slightly more curved, so that the second recess in the attachment disc 5 passes under the second locking hooks 8, wherein the attachment disc 5 due to their inherent elasticity stretches again and the second recess 10 under the second snap hook 8 slides. The attachment disc 5 is so securely locked perpendicular to the lens surface, but due to the curved course of the retaining bar 8a and the stop bar 6 and in all lateral horizontal directions fixed. The attachment disc 5 can easily return to the lens 1 be removed by applying lateral pressure on the Fingermulde 11 the attachment disc 5 more elastic curved is, so that it slides out of the second locking hook 8 and then taken off to the top.

Due to the design of the lens with guide pocket and stop bar and the two at the side edges arranged opposite the lens Latch hook is a simple, fast and secure attachment the attachment discs with attached respiratory mask possible without outside help. The attachment disc is located in essential on the lens, so that the height of the construction in front of the window alone by the strength the attachment disc is determined and thus extremely low is.
