- das Gehäuse weist Rastmittel auf, um das Gehäuse an der Dose zu befestigen,
- ein Verriegelungsglied ist axial (parallel zur Steckrichtung von Gehäuse und Dose) verschiebbar auf dem Gehäuse angeordnet. Das Verriegelungsglied dient dazu, die Rastmittel gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen zu sichern, sobald Steckverbinder und Dose ihre endgültige Steckposition erreicht haben. Dazu wird das Verriegelungsglied, das nach Art einer Hülse gestaltet ist, hinter die Rastmittel verschoben.

Claims (10)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder, insbesondere zur Verwendung zwischen einer Dose (50) und einem elektrischen Steuergerät für aufblasbare Rückhaltesysteme in Kraftfahrzeugen, mit folgenden Merkmalen:1.1 einem Gehäuse (12) zur Aufnahme von elektrisch anschließbaren Kontaktelementen am steckseitigen Ende,1.2 Rastmitteln (18) zur Befestigung des Gehäuses (12) an der Dose (50), sowie1.3 einem in Richtung auf das steckseitige Ende hinter die Rastmittel (18) axial verschiebbaren Verriegelungsglied (14), wobei1.4 das Verriegelungsglied (14) kraftschlüssig von einem hülsenartigen Dichtungskörper (22, 24) umfasst wird, der die Dose (50) im gesteckten Zustand am steckseitigen Ende überragt und gegenüber dem Steckverbinder (10) abdichtet.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dessen Dichtungskörper (22, 24) mit dem Verriegelungsglied (14) verrastet ist.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dessen Dichtungskörper (22, 24) mehrteilig ist und eine innere starre Hülse (22) aufweist sowie eine äußere Tülle (24), die zumindest am steckseitigen Ende elastisch verformbar ist.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3, dessen Tülle (24) aus Gummi besteht.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3, dessen Tülle (24) am steckseitigen Ende über die Hülse (22) vorsteht.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dessen Dichtungskörper (22, 24) das Gehäuse (12) einschließlich dessen Anschlussbereiche für anzuschließende Kabel (26) überragt und abdichtet.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dessen Dichtungskörper (22, 24) innenseitig mindestens eine umlaufende Dichtfläche (22) aufweist.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 mit mindestens einem Dichtungsring (28) zur Abdichtung gegenüber der Dose (50).
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dessen Verriegelungsglied (14) so gestaltet ist, dass es bei Erreichen seiner endgültigen Verriegelungsposition hinter den Rastmitteln (18) des Gehäuses (12) eine zwischen den Kontaktelementen ausgebildete Kurzschlussbrücke (19) löst.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dessen Verriegelungsglied (14) nach Art einer Hülse gestaltet ist.
