Fumaric acid, sieved, is added and all ingredients mixed for a further 5 min in the Turbula. Colloidal silica, sieved, is added and all ingredients are mixed for a further 5 minutes in the Turbula. Magnesium stearate, sieved, is sprinkled and all ingredients mixed for a further 30 seconds in the Turbula. Tabletting the powder molding compound by means of an eccentric or rotary tablet press (tablet cores).

On the dried granules magnesium stearate is scattered and mixed for 30 seconds in the Turbula. The pellets are then tableted into minitablets by means of an eccentric or rotary tablet press. The minitablets produced are filled into hard gelatine capsules.
