Description
Claims (13)
- Dispositif support (1) comportant un cadre porteur (10) sur lequel est fixé au moins un organe de maintien déformable (20) destiné à immobiliser une pièce creuse (100) devant subir un traitement de surface externe, caractérisé en ce que chaque organe de maintien (20) comporte une partie statique (21) solidaire du cadre porteur (10), ainsi qu'une partie (22) montée élastiquement mobile en écartement par rapport à la partie statique (10) entre, d'une part, une position resserrée dans laquelle la pièce creuse (100) est apte à être insérée au moins partiellement sur la partie statique (21) et sur la partie mobile (22), et d'autre part, une position libérée dans laquelle la pièce creuse (100) est apte à être bloquée par l'organe de maintien (20) sous l'action de la force de pression exercée par la partie mobile (22) qui est sollicitée élastiquement en en éloignement par rapport à la partie statique (21) qui forme butée.
- Dispositif support (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie statique (21) de chaque organe de maintien (20) est solidarisée au cadre porteur (10) par une extrémité (23).
- Dispositif support (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie mobile (22) de chaque organe de maintien (20) comporte une extrémité libre (24) s'étendant en deçà du plan du cadre porteur (10), par rapport au corps proprement dit dudit organe de maintien (20).
- Dispositif support (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des parties statique (21) et mobile (22) de chaque organe de maintien (20) comporte un épaulement (25), formant butée, qui est apte à maintenir la pièce creuse (100) à distance du cadre porteur (10).
- Dispositif support (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de maintien (20) est constitué par un élément flexible (30) ayant sensiblement la forme d'un U dont une branche (31), formant partie statique (21), est solidarisée au cadre porteur (10) par son extrémité libre (33) et dont l'autre branche (32), formant partie mobile (22), est montée élastiquement mobile en écartement par rapport à la branche statique (31), l'extrémité libre (34) de la branche mobile (32) s'étendant en deçà du plan du cadre porteur (10), par rapport au corps proprement dit de l'élément flexible (30).
- Dispositif support (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pluralité d'organes de maintien (20) régulièrement espacés sur le cadre porteur (10).
- Dispositif support (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur (10) comporte au moins une traverse transversale (11) le long de laquelle est solidarisé au moins un organe de maintien (20).
- Dispositif support (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de libération (40) aptes à déplacer la partie mobile (22) de chaque organe de maintien (20) entre la position libérée et la position resserrée.
- Dispositif support (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de libération (40) sont constitués par un cadre libérateur (41) destiné à être positionné parallèlement au cadre porteur (10) et comportant des moyens de butée (42) aptes à coopérer par contact avec la partie mobile (22) de chaque organe de maintien (20), le cadre libérateur (41) et le cadre porteur (10) étant montés mobiles en translation relative, les moyens de butée (42) étant aptes à entraíner le déplacement de chaque partie mobile (22) entre la position libérée et la position resserrée au cours d'une translation relative entre le cadre libérateur (41) et le cadre porteur (10).
- Dispositif support (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de butée (42) sont constitués par au moins une traverse (43) qui est solidarisée au cadre libérateur (41) de manière sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement de la partie mobile (22) de chaque organe de maintien (20), l'extrémité libre (24) de chaque partie mobile (22), qui est positionnée en deçà du plan du cadre porteur (10), s'étendant dans la zone de déplacement d'une traverse (43).
- Dispositif support (1) selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens moteurs aptes à générer une translation relative entre le cadre libérateur (41) et le cadre porteur (10).
- Dispositif support (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur (10) est statique et en ce que le cadre libérateur (41) est monté mobile en translation parallèlement audit cadre porteur (10).
- Procédé de mise en oeuvre d'un dispositif support (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à :mettre en place un cadre porteur (10) sur un cadre libérateur (41),amener les parties mobiles (22) de tous les organes de maintien (20) en position resserrée,mettre en place des pièces creuses (100) à traiter sur des organes de maintien (20),amener les parties mobiles (22) de tous les organes de maintien (20) en position libérée,désolidariser le cadre porteur (10) du cadre libérateur (41),traiter les pièces creuses (100) suivant un processus donné,remettre en place le cadre porteur (10) sur un cadre libérateur (41),libérer les pièces creuses (100).
