  • puis on introduit dans le coffre 8, plus particulièrement sur le pivot 80, le levier de commande 67 avec lequel on fait coopérer, simultanément, l'extrémité 84 du ressort 82 déjà positionné dans le boîtier 2 ;
  • sur cet ensemble ainsi positionné vient se refermer le couvercle 10 au travers des moyens de liaison pour clipage 97 ;
  • des vis de fixation 99 solidarisant là encore le couvercle 10 au coffre 8 du boîtier 2 consolide et sécurise l'assemblage ;

Claims (19)

  1. Espagnolette with lock cylinder for a door, window or similar including, placed in a housing (2) comprised of a box (8) and a lid (10), a driving mechanism (3) consisting, on the one hand, of control components (3A) including a tumbler (19) subjected to elastic restoring means (25) in a reference position (26) and defined capable of acting on a spring bolt (4) and the control components including a reversing wheel (36) engaged with a first trestle (37) linked to a first operating rod (5) extending above the housing (2) and a second trestle (38) with a second operating rod (6) on the other hand, of transmission components (3B) designed capable of retransmitting the action of the control components (3A) to said operating rods (5, 6) extending at the back of a face-plate (7), which said housing (2) is defined capable of being made integral with, said espagnolette with lock cylinder including also, as control components (3A) a key cylinder traversing said housing (2) in order to ensure the blocking in the locked position at least of the operating rods (5, 6), such that the housing (2) is subdivided into two parts (2A, 2B) of which one (2A), of a substantially constant volume grouping together the control components (3A) of the driving mechanism (3), the other part (2B) of a variable volume and coming in between the preceding part (2A) and the face-plate (7), which the housing (2) is made integral with, accommodating the transmission components (3B) and defining means for guiding the latter, and
    wherein the tumbler (19) engages with said reversing wheel (36) on which is designed capable of acting a wheel bolt (56) capable of occupying under the impulse of the cylinder (57), a first position (59) of blocking in rotation of the reversing wheel (36) and a second position of unblocking (59A).
  2. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claim 1, wherein, in the blocked position (59), the wheel bolt (56) includes a blocking tooth (60) designed capable of being introduced into a recess (61) of a conjugated shape at the level of the reversing wheel (36) so as to be capable of offering a stop plane (62) co-operating with a corresponding stop plane (63) at the level of said recess (61) in order to prevent the reversing wheel (36) from pivoting in the direction of unlocking.
  3. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the housing (2), in particular the box (9), includes indexing means (64) designed capable of co-operating with complementary indexing means (65) associated with the wheel bolt (56) so as to index the latter's blocked (59) and unblocked (59A) positions.
  4. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claim 3, wherein the indexing means (64) at the level of the box (8) corresponding to the housing (2) are defined by an elastic tongue (91) designed capable of co-operating with teeth (92) corresponding to the complementary indexing means (65) that the wheel bolt (56) includes at the periphery.
  5. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the spring bolt (4) includes a tail (66) introduced into the housing (2) and provided with hitching means (69) designed capable of co-operating with complementary hitching means (68) placed in said housing (2) and designed retractable against the action of elastic restoring means (71) in order to permit the unhitching and reversal of the spring bolt (4) for a left or right application of the espagnolette with lock cylinder (1).
  6. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claim 5, wherein the housing (2) includes an opening (70) allowing access, through a control element, such as a screwdriver, to said complementary hitching means (68) with a view to retracting the latter against the action of said elastic restoring means (71).
  7. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claims 5 or 6, wherein the complementary hitching means (68) are defined by a control lever (67) capable of co-operating with a control finger (24) corresponding to the tumbler (19), said control lever (67) being provided with a driving pin (76) designed capable of being positioned in a cut-out (75) made in the tail (66) of the spring bolt (4) and defining the hitching means (69) of the latter, said control lever (67) including, at its end (79) opposite the one (77) co-operating with said tumbler (19), an oblong aperture (81) for the passing through of a pivot (80) extending from the bottom (9) of the box (8) so as to be capable of occupying an active position corresponding to the insertion of the driving pin (76) in the cut-out (75) of the tail (66) of the spring bolt (4) and a retracted position in which said pin (76) is disengaged from said cut-out (75).
  8. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the elastic restoring means (71) acting on said complementary hitching means (68) defined by the control lever (67) constitute actually the elastic restoring means acting on the tail (66) of the spring bolt (4) in order to bring the latter in the advanced locked position.
  9. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claim 8, wherein the elastic restoring means (71) are defined by a compressed spring (82) of which one end (83) is designed capable of acting on the control lever (67) so as to impart to the latter a rotation resulting into pushing the spring bolt (4) into its advanced locked position, the other end (84) of said spring (82) being defined capable of resting against the control lever (67) so as to impart to the latter an axial pressure so as to maintain it in its active position ensuring the co-operation of the complementary hitching means (68) that it defines with the hitching means (69) corresponding to the tail (66) of said spring bolt (4).
  10. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to any of the preceding claims, wherein it includes braking means (85) defined capable of ensuring the support of the operating rod or rods (5, 6) in a specified locked and/or unlocked position.
  11. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claim 10, wherein said braking means (85) are defined by an elastic strip (86) associated with the housing (2) and designed capable of co-operating with a trestle (37) linked to an operating rod (5), said elastic strip (86) being designed capable of acting like pincers in combination with a support wall (87) extending parallel to the plane of said rods (5, 6) in the box (8) of the housing (2), pincers in which a connecting wall (88) corresponding to said trestle (37) is designed capable of being inserted.
  12. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to any of the preceding claims, wherein it includes means for indexing (86A, 89) the unlocked and/or locked position of said operating rod or rods (5, 6).
  13. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claim 10 or 11 and claim 12, wherein the indexing means (86A, 89) are formed of said braking means (85).
  14. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the trestle or trestles (37, 38) include two driving arms (45, 46) provided, each, with at least one driving tongue (47, 48) defined capable of cooperating with a cut-out (49) adjusted accordingly symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal median plane at the level of an operating rod (5, 6).
  15. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the elastic restoring means (25) co-operating with the tumbler (19) are defined by a pusher (27) subjected to the action of a restoring spring (28) and designed capable, in co-operation with driving fingers (29, 30) associated with said tumbler (19), of exerting on the latter a couple for restoring into said reference position (26).
  16. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claim 15, wherein the pusher (27), under the action of the spring (28), is defined capable of exerting its pressure in a direction that is radial with respect to the tumbler (19), whereas the driving fingers (29, 30) with which it co-operates are disposed symmetrically on both sides of said radial direction (31) at a specified distance from the axis (32) of said tumbler (19).
  17. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to claim 16, wherein the pusher (27) includes, in front of the driving fingers (29, 30), inclined planes (33, 34) providing it with a V-shaped structure defined capable of guaranteeing a substantially constant compression of the spring (28) under the action of said driving fingers (29, 30) during the rotation of the tumbler (19) starting from said reference position (26).
  18. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to preceding claims taken as a whole, wherein the box (8) of the housing (2) is made by injection moulding of synthetic material or zinc alloy and including :
    a socket (90) for receiving the spring (82) corresponding to the elastic restoring means (71),
    recesses (16) for receiving screws for fastening (17) to the face-plate (7),
    an elastic tongue (91) corresponding to the indexing means (64) defined capable of co-operating with teeth (92) corresponding to the complementary indexing means (65) that the wheel bolt (56) includes at the periphery,
    a recess (13) for receiving the spring (28) acting on the pusher (27) corresponding to the elastic restoring means (25) of the tumbler (19) in its reference position (26),
    a pivot (94) provided with snap-on means (95) onto which the wheel bolt (56) is designed capable of being inserted,
    means for supporting and guiding (96) the reversing wheel (36),
    an opening for receiving one of the ends of a central hub (21) corresponding to the tumbler (19),
    means for guiding the trestle or trestles (37, 38),
    the elastic strip (86) as well as the support wall (87) defining the braking means (85) designed capable of co-operating with a trestle (37).
  19. Espagnolette with lock cylinder according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the components for control (3A) and transmission (3B) of the driving mechanism (3) are designed capable of being arranged by piling up in the box (8) of the housing (2).
