- ladite première grille est bombée et disposée de manière que sa concavité se trouve face audit réservoir,
- ledit poudrier comprend une deuxième grille montée rotative par rapport à ladite première grille entre une position de service où les orifices desdites grilles sont placés en vis-à-vis, et une position de rangement dans laquelle lesdits orifices sont décalés les uns par rapport aux autres,
- ladite deuxième grille est bombée de manière à épouser la forme de ladite première grille,
- les orifices d'au moins l'une desdites grilles présentent une section qui diminue en allant dudit réservoir vers ledit coussinet,
- ledit poudrier comprend une bague munie d'un rebord intérieur pinçant la périphérie de ladite membrane contre l'une desdites grilles,
- ledit poudrier comprend une bague munie d'un rebord intérieur pinçant la périphérie de ladite membrane contre ledit coussinet,
- ladite membrane comporte une partie recouvrant le bord de la face dudit coussinet qui se trouve face audit réservoir,
- ledit coussinet présente une rainure recevant le bord intérieur de ladite bague,
- ladite bague est conformée de manière à masquer la zone de raccord entre ladite membrane et ledit réservoir,
- la face périphérique dudit coussinet est enrobée au moins partiellement d'une enveloppe en mousse synthétique plus dure que celle formant ledit coussinet,
- ladite enveloppe présente une gorge recevant le bord intérieur de ladite bague,
- ladite enveloppe est interrompue au droit de ladite rainure,
- ladite enveloppe est en retrait par rapport à la face dudit coussinet qui se trouve contre ladite membrane,
- ledit coussinet est usiné en forme de champignon,
- ladite enveloppe est conformée de manière à épouser la forme de champignon dudit coussinet,
- ladite membrane présente un flocage sur sa paroi extérieure,
- les pores de ladite membrane ont un diamètre moyen de l'ordre de 0,1 mm, et ils sont répartis au nombre d'environ 130 pores par centimètre,
- les pores dudit coussinet ont un diamètre moyen de l'ordre de 2 mm, et ils sont répartis au nombre d'environ 8 pores par centimètre.
- la figure 1 représente une vue en perspective éclatée d'un premier mode de réalisation du poudrier selon l'invention,
- la figure 2 représente une vue en coupe axiale de ce poudrier, et
- les figures 3 à 13 représentent des vues en coupes axiales (partielles pour les figures 7 à 13) d'autres variantes du poudrier selon l'invention.
Claims (20)
- Poudrier du type comprenant un réservoir (1) à poudre (29), une membrane poreuse (4) tendue sur ledit réservoir (1), des moyens (3, 23) pour stocker une partie de ladite poudre (29) au voisinage de ladite membrane (4), ces moyens (3, 23) communiquant avec ledit réservoir (1), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de stockage comprennent un coussinet en mousse synthétique (3) très ouverte placé entre ledit réservoir (1) et ladite membrane (4).
- Poudrier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une première grille (9) solidaire dudit réservoir (1), interposée entre ledit réservoir (1) et ledit coussinet (3).
- Poudrier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite première grille (9) est bombée et disposée de manière que sa concavité se trouve face audit réservoir (1).
- Poudrier selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une deuxième grille (19) montée rotative par rapport à ladite première grille (9) entre une position de service où les orifices (11, 21) desdites grilles sont placés en vis-à-vis, et une position de rangement dans laquelle lesdits orifices (11, 21) sont décalés les uns par rapport aux autres.
- Poudrier selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite deuxième grille (19) est bombée de manière à épouser la forme de ladite première grille (9).
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les orifices (11, 21) d'au moins l'une desdites grilles (9, 19) présentent une section qui diminue en allant dudit réservoir (1) vers ledit coussinet (3).
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bague (5) munie d'un rebord intérieur (26) pinçant la périphérie de ladite membrane (4) contre l'une desdites grilles (9, 19).
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bague (5) munie d'un rebord intérieur (26) pinçant la périphérie de ladite membrane (4) contre ledit coussinet (3).
- Poudrier selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane (4) comporte une partie (4a) recouvrant le bord de la face dudit coussinet qui se trouve face audit réservoir (1).
- Poudrier selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit coussinet (3) présente une rainure (31) recevant le bord intérieur (26) de ladite bague (5).
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite bague (5) est conformée de manière à masquer la zone de raccord entre ladite membrane (4) et ledit réservoir (1).
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face périphérique dudit coussinet (3) est enrobée au moins partiellement d'une enveloppe en mousse synthétique (33 ; 33a, 33b) plus dure que celle formant ledit coussinet (3).
- Poudrier selon les revendications 8 et 12, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe (33) présente une gorge (31) recevant le bord intérieur (26) de ladite bague (5).
- Poudrier selon les revendications 10 et 12, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe (33a, 33b) est interrompue au droit de ladite rainure (31).
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe (33) est en retrait par rapport à la face dudit coussinet (3) qui se trouve contre ladite membrane (4).
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit coussinet (3) est usiné en forme de champignon.
- Poudrier selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe (33) est conformée de manière à épouser la forme de champignon dudit coussinet (3).
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane (4) présente un flocage sur sa paroi extérieure (25).
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pores de ladite membrane (4) ont un diamètre moyen de l'ordre de 0,1 mm, et en ce qu'ils sont répartis au nombre d'environ 130 pores par centimètre.
- Poudrier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pores dudit coussinet (3) ont un diamètre moyen de l'ordre de 2 mm, et en ce qu'ils sont répartis au nombre d'environ 8 pores par centimètre.
