Fig. 1 zeigt einen Gummituchzylinder 1, auf den ein Gummituch 2 aufgespannt ist.
Letzteres ist mit seinen Enden in einem in Achsrichtung des Gummituchzylinders
1 verlaufenden Spannkanal 3 eingespannt. Am Gummituchzylinder 1 ist eine
Waschvorrichtung für das Waschen des Gummituches 2 angeordnet, die mit
einem Tuch 4 arbeitet. Das Tuch 4 wird von einer Saubertuchrolle 10 zu einer
Schmutztuchrolle 11 geführt. Es ist mittels einer Anstellvorrichtung 7 gegen den
Gummituchzylinder 1 drückbar. Ein die Position des Spannkanals 3
signalisierender Geber 8 ist auf eine Steuereinheit 9 geschaltet, die
ausgangsseitig mit der Anstellvorrichtung 7 verbunden ist.Fig. 1 shows a

steuert dann die Anstellvorrichtung entsprechend an. Für das Anstellen fährt die
Anstellvorrichtung 7 beispielsweise eine Membran oder einen Stößel aus und
bringt das Tuch 4 in die gestrichelt gezeichnete Andrückstellung. Mit einer Volllinie
ist in Fig. 1 der abgestellte Zustand des Tuches 4 dargestellt. Der Waschzyklus
wird dann mit wenigen Umdrehungen, beispielsweise ein bis zwei Umdrehungen,
abgeschlossen, bei denen das Tuch dauernd an den Gummituchzylinder 1
angedrückt ist. Es wird so dann auch der Bereich .des Gummituchs 2 am
Spannkanal 3 gewaschen. Auf weitere Detailbeschreibungen zum Waschvorgang,
wie die Zuführung von Waschflüssigkeit oder das Weiterrücken des Tuches 4,
kann verzichtet werden, da dies dem Fachmann geläufig ist und beispielsweise im
Buch Walenski, Der Rollenoffsetdruck, 1. Auflage 1995, Fachschriftenverlag,
Fellbach, Seiten 340 bis 345, beschrieben ist. Der Geber für die Position des
Spannkanals 3 kann beispielsweise am Gummituchzylinder 1 selbst angeordnet

Spannkanals 3 unter der Bürste 5 letztere kurzzeitig abgeschwenkt wird.
