Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

The invention relates to a Elektrohandkreissägemachine, according to the preamble of claim 1.

In electric hand-held power tools, the air required for the cooling of the electric motor is drawn in by a fan wheel seated non-rotatably on the output shaft of the electric motor via inlet slots in the machine housing and blown out again via outlet slots in the machine housing. The fan blades of the fan impeller flow at the exit edges of the outlet slots at high speed, resulting in a strong noise in unpleasant high frequency range.

By the DE 644 011 is a Nutfräsmaschine with a motor exhaust collecting and leading auxiliary handle known which runs parallel to the main handle, wherein the chips and the Sägegeräusche transporting working exhaust enter the earth region of the auxiliary handle and leave the auxiliary handle after a short distance. The mouth of the auxiliary handle and thus the exiting engine and working exhaust air with chips and considerable noise component points to the operator. To ensure that this is not impaired, the exhaust air must be diverted by separate means or screened the operator.

By the DE 40 03 029 is a hand tool machine with helical air duct for removing the engine exhaust air and through the US 4 414 743 a hand tool with over adjustable mechanisms rotatable handles without supplying engine exhaust known.

Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention

The electric hand-held circular saw according to the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that on the one hand the air noise is attenuated by the discharge of the exhaust air leaving the electric motor on the one hand, in particular the unpleasant high frequency range On the other hand, the exhaust air is led away from the operator to the outside, so that it is not blown when working with the machine.

The measures listed in the other claims advantageous refinements and improvements of claim 1 electric hand tool are possible.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, an air duct provided with an air inlet opening for the engine exhaust air is formed in the engine housing, which opens into the inlet of the bow handle. Through this closed air duct, the distance between the fan blades of the seated on the motor shaft motor fan and the inlet of the auxiliary handle is bridged and thus already achieved a good damping of the flow noise. Another advantageous feature of the invention is that the air duct helical or spiral formed with a to the inlet of the hollow auxiliary handle towards steadily increasing clear diameter. As a result, the channel acts as a relaxation space, whereby a high amount of air can be transported at a reduced flow rate, which again significantly reduces the noise. The helical formation is advantageous for the cases in which the direction of rotation of the electric motor and thus that of the motor fan is opposite to that of the tool.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the outlet is enclosed by an outlet, which is designed to be pivotable. Thus, the outflow direction of the engine exhaust air can be adjusted so that it no unpleasant flows to the operator in any case of work.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the hollow auxiliary handle is designed as a bow handle which attaches in electric hand tool machines with a rotating tool at least partially covering the protective hood with its one end of the guard and at or near its other end of the handle on a receiving the electric motor housing part of the machine housing is, with its inlet is below the protective hood. This creates a solid, mechanical connection of the Additional handle reaches the machine housing and as a result of a handle immanent large handle area safe handling of the machine for both left and right-handed allows, which also allows a flexible gripping position in different cases of work.

Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielsDescription of the embodiment

The in the drawing in various views to be seen electric hand saw machine as an embodiment of a general electric hand tool for machining or grinding workpieces has a clam shell machine housing 10 with a molded handle 11 for guiding and handling the machine and an attached motor housing 12, in which an air-cooled Electric motor is added. The electric motor drives a drive shaft 13 via a single-stage gearbox, which is not visible here, on which a circular saw blade 14 is firmly clamped. The circular saw blade 14 is covered in the upper region by a protective hood 15, which is screwed onto the machine housing 10. The protective cover 15 extends to a support plate 16 connected to the machine housing 10, with which the machine during the sawing operation on the Workpiece is placed. The circular saw blade 14 protrudes through the support plate 16 and depending on the desired depth of cut over this more or less down before. To set the cutting depth of the machine, the support plate 16 is pivotable about a fixed in the direction of the circular saw blade 14 on the machine housing 10 pivot axis, wherein the selected pivot position is fixed by means of an adjustment. A further adjusting device 17 arranged on the support plate 16 makes it possible to adjust the cutting angle of the machine by pivoting the support plate 16 about a pivot axis extending parallel to the saw blade plane.

For an ambidextrous guidance of the machine when sawing an additional handle 21 is still provided, which is designed as a bow handle and seen in the machine direction of the machine in front of the drive shaft 13 of the circular saw blade 14 near the front portion of the machine housing 10 is arranged. The designated hereinafter as a bow handle 21 additional handle starts with a handle end on the guard 15, extends with a rotation axis of the circular saw blade 14 substantially parallel handle portion 211 above the platen 16 at a distance from this and is set with its other end of the handle on the motor housing 12. As a result, a very solid mechanical connection of the bow-shaped handle 21 to the machine housing 10 is ensured. With the help of the bow handle 21, the machine can be placed very precisely plan on the workpiece and held very well when sawing both hands and guided, the large gripping area of the bow handle 21 ergonomic and safe handling of the machine in all cases both for legal and for Ensures left-handers. In addition, it is possible to carry the machine by means of the bow handle 21 in its center of gravity.

The bow-shaped handle 21 is hollow and has an inlet 22 (FIGS. 3 and 4) which is open toward the interior of the protective hood 15 and an outlet 23 (FIGS. 1 and 2) arranged behind the handle area 211, which is preferably at or near that of FIG the handle 22 remote from the inlet end of the handle 21 is located. The outlet 23 is enclosed by an outlet nozzle 24, which may advantageously be designed to be pivotable. For the air cooling of the electric motor, the motor housing 12 has air inlet slots 25 (FIG. 2), through which one rotates on the output shaft of the electric motor sitting fan 15 (not shown here) sucks in air. The air flowing through the electric motor is blown out by the fan as heat-dissipating engine exhaust air and guided so that it flows into the inlet 22 of the hollow bow handle 21. For this purpose, an air channel 26 is formed in the machine housing 10, which widens toward the inlet 22 of the bow-shaped handle 21 and opens into the inlet 22 (FIG. 3). The air is blown by the fan from the interior of the electric motor into a hidden in Fig. 3 air inlet opening of the air channel 26. The engine exhaust air flows, as symbolized by the arrow 27 in Fig. 3, through the air duct 26 and the hollow bow handle 21 and occurs at the outlet 23 enclosed by the outlet 23 in the bow handle 21 into the open. The outlet port 24 is aligned so that the direction of discharge of the exhausting engine exhaust here points away from the operator of the machine. If the outlet port 24 is designed to be pivotable, the operator can individually adjust the air discharge direction that is appropriate for him or adapted to the case of work. Since, as mentioned above, between the electric motor and the drive shaft 13 of the circular saw blade 14, a single-stage transmission is arranged, the directions of rotation of the rotor of the electric motor and circular saw blade 14 are inversely or in opposite directions. The direction of rotation of the circular saw blade 14 is indicated in FIG. 4 by the arrow 28. Thus, the engine exhaust leaving the electric motor aerodynamically directed through the air duct 26 in the bow handle 21, the air duct 26 is closed and run helically, as can be seen in part in Fig. 3, ie from its air inlet to the inlet 22 of the bow handle 21 as an axially expanding spiral, the clear diameter of the air channel 26 preferably increasing steadily.

The clam shell machine housing 10 is injection molded from plastic, wherein at least the handle 11, and the air duct 26 are formed with the same. The bow handle 21 is designed as an insert, u.U. but also be molded with. The spiral-shaped, 26 to the inlet 22 of the bow handle 21 expanding air duct 26 is integrally formed on both shells, which complement each other when assembling the shells to the air duct 26.

The invention is not limited to the described electric hand saw machine. It can be used on all hand-held power tools such as wall chasers, stone saws, angle grinders, cut-off grinders, concrete grinders, Orbital sander, belt sander, drill, hammer drill, hedge trimmer, embroidery saw, orbital sander, etc. Ä.
