Claims (16)

  1. Method for exercising of driving and gliding sports with the driver (5) detachable attached to a driving or gliding platform (6) with at least one part of his body, characterized in that

  4. Method according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the connecting means (1) will be fixed to the holding object (4) rigid or relocatable and or twistable with respect to the holding object (4).
  5. Method according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the underside of the driving or gliding platform (6) respectively disposes of a pure gliding face with or without any edges and/or wheels and/or rollers and/or caterpillars and/or vats.
  6. Method according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that two or more separate connecting means (1) will be used at the same time by one driver (5).
  7. Sports equipment for carrying out the method according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it disposes of at least one elastically connecting means (1), with a first coupler (7) at one end to be fixed onto a holding object (4) and with another coupler (7) at the other end for the connection with a coupling element (2) that may be attached to the body of a driver (5) or that may be gripped by said driver (5).

  11. Sports equipment according to one of claims 7 to 10, characterized in that the first coupler (7) is provided as a rigid connection to the holding object (4) or is at least idle twistable around the vertical axis of the holding object, preferably by connecting with a rotation fitting (3).
  12. Sports equipment according to one of claims 7 to 11, characterized in that the connecting means (1) is provided as one-piece or multi-piece, whereas at least a partly section between the first and the other coupler (7) is elastically ductile.
  13. Sports arrangement for carrying out the method according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it consists of a driving or gliding surface respectively with at least one stationary holding means (4), to each at least one elastically connecting means (1) is coupled, whereas the driving and gliding surface respectively consists of a substantially planar surface around the holding mean (4) at least in the area bounded by the maximum elongation of the connecting means (1).
