Claims (10)

  1. Assembly consisting of a wall-plug inserting device (3) and a boot (2), the inserting device (3) comprising a wall-plug guide (31) and a contact foot (32) which helps the wall-plug guide (31) to position the device (3) with respect to the surface of the material into which a wall-plug is to be inserted, and the boot (2) being designed to cover the device (3), which assembly is characterized in that the boot has means (21) designed to engage with the wall-plug guide (31) and means (22) designed to engage with the contact foot (32) and thus retain the boot (2) on the device (3).
  2. Assembly according to Claim 1 in which the boot (2) is provided with a through hole (21) for the wall-plug guide (31) and a through hole (22) for the contact foot (32).
  3. Assembly according to Claim 2, in which the boot (2) is retained on the device by the bracing of the boot between the through hole (21) of the wall-plug guide (31) and the through hole (22) of the contact foot (32).
  4. Assembly according to one of Claims 1 to 3, in which the boot (2) is provided with stiffening ribs (23).
  5. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, in which the device (3) comprises a pushbutton (34), for a wall-plug feed magazine (33), and the boot (2) is designed (29) for access to the said pushbutton (34).
  6. Assembly according to one of the preceding claims, in which the boot (2) is provided with a bellows (40) which grips the wall-plug guide (31).
  7. Boot designed to be fitted onto an inserting device (3) and comprising the characteristics of the boot (2) of one of Claims 1 to 6.
  8. Boot according to Claim 7, comprising a pierced head (25), a stock (27) and a pierced foot (26).
  9. Boot according to Claim 8, in which the stock has stiffening ribs (23).
  10. Boot according to either of Claims 8 and 9, comprising a bellows (40) on its pierced head (25).
