Abstract
Description
- une partie de base recevant une réserve de produit,
- un couvercle de fermeture de la partie de base, et
- un organe d'étanchéité agencé pour fermer de manière étanche un espace contenant le produit, au moins lorsque le couvercle est fermé, l'organe d'étanchéité étant supporté par une articulation comportant une rotule lui conférant une possibilité de basculement autour d'au moins deux axes géométriques de rotation perpendiculaires entre eux.
- la figure 1 représente, en coupe schématique et partielle, un exemple de boítier réalisé conformément à l'invention,
- la figure 2 représente en vue de dessus, isolément, l'organe d'étanchéité du boítier de la figure 1,
- la figure 3 représente de manière schématique et partielle une variante de réalisation dans laquelle le bord du logement contenant le produit comporte un joint contre lequel peut se plaquer l'organe d'étanchéité,
- la figure 4 est une vue schématique, en perspective, d'une variante de réalisation dans laquelle l'organe d'étanchéité est mobile relativement au couvercle,
- les figures 5 et 6 illustrent de manière schématique des réalisations dans lesquelles le produit est contenu dans une coupelle rapportée dans un logement de la partie de base du boítier,

Claims (19)
- Boítier (1) comportant :boítier caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'étanchéité (12) est supporté par une articulation (13 ; 30 ; 70) comportant une rotule lui conférant une possibilité de basculement autour d'au moins deux axes géométriques de rotation (X, Y) perpendiculaires entre eux.une partie de base (2) recevant une réserve de produit (P),un couvercle (3) de fermeture de la partie de base, etun organe d'étanchéité (12) agencé pour fermer de manière étanche un espace contenant le produit (P), au moins lorsque le couvercle est fermé,
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'articulation comporte une partie (30 ; 70) élastiquement déformable.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'articulation (13) est supportée par au moins un élément (23) élastiquement déformable.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la réserve de produit est contenue dans une coupelle (50), notamment métallique, supportée par la partie de base (2).
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la coupelle (50) est collée sur la partie de base.
- Boítier selon l'une des deux revendications immédiatement précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la coupelle (50) présente un bord libre (51) contre lequel peut s'appliquer l'organe d'étanchéité (12).
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'étanchéité (12) est agencé pour s'appliquer sur la partie de base (2) au moins lorsque le boítier est fermé.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'étanchéité comporte un plateau (17).
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle (3) est articulé sur la partie de base (2).
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'étanchéité (12) est fixé sur le couvercle.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'étanchéité est fixé sur un élément (60) articulé sur la partie de base (2), autre que le couvercle.
- Boítier selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément articulé (60) définit un logement pour recevoir un applicateur (16), notamment une éponge.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'étanchéité (12) est fixé sur le boítier avec une possibilité de déplacement le long d'un axe (Z) perpendiculaire aux axes (X, Y).
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé de manière à créer une amorce de décollement réduisant la force nécessaire à l'ouverture pour décoller l'organe d'étanchéité de la surface sur laquelle il s'applique de manière étanche.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'articulation est réalisée de manière à favoriser un mouvement de pivotement ou de flexion de l'organe d'étanchéité facilitant l'ouverture.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'articulation est non symétrique par rapport au troisième axe perpendiculaire audits axes qui composent X,Y.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'articulation est supportée par une pièce 11 de manière à favoriser un mouvement de pivotement ou de flexion de l'organe d'étanchéité facilitant l'ouverture.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'étanchéité comporte un plateau présentant une dissymétrie et notamment une variation d'épaisseur, permettant une déformation inhomogène de l'organe d'étanchéité sur la périphérie de manière à créer au moins une amorce de décollement.
- Boítier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le produit (P) contient au moins un solvant volatile à température ambiante, notamment hydrocarboné tel que l'isododécane.
