Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Einbau des Riegelschafts eines Fahrzeugtürschlosses, wobei die Einbauvorrichtung ein Schlosssteuerungsmodul, das dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Innenseite der Tür eingebaut zu werden, und einen Riegelschaft (2) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Außenseite der Tür in Wirkverbindung mit dem Modul montiert zu werden, wobei das Modul einen drehbeweglichen Verriegelungsring (7) mit einem Kragen (8) enthält, der sich radial zur Innenseite des Rings erstreckt, wobei der Kragen mindestens eine Aussparung (9) aufweist, wobei der Riegelschaft (2) mindestens einen Zapfen (6) aufweist, der geeignet ist, um durch die Aussparung (9) hindurch eingeführt zu werden und der sich radial nach außen erstreckt, wobei der Schaft (2) geeignet ist, um von der Außenseite der Tür so ins Innere des Rings (7) eingeführt zu werden, dass durch Drehung des Rings (7) der Zapfen (6) des Riegelschafts (2) in einem Abschnitt des Kragens blockiert wird, der keine Aussparung (9) aufweist, um das Herausziehen des Schafts (2) von der Außenseite der Tür zu verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (7) einen gezahnten Abschnitt (10) aufweist, der geeignet ist, um von mit dem gezahnten Abschnitt (10) in Eingriff stehenden Antriebseinrichtungen in Drehung versetzt zu werden, um den Ring (7) von einer Einführstellung des Zapfens (6) des Schafts (2) durch die Aussparung (9) hindurch in eine Blockierstellung des Zapfens (6) auf dem Abschnitt des Kragens zu drehen, der keine Aussparung (9) aufweist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtungen einen Antriebskopf (13) aufweisen, der von einer Kante der Tür aus zugänglich ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtungen eine Schnecke (12) aufweisen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnecke (12) ausgehend von einem Ende in Drehung versetzt wird, das ausgehend von einer in der Kante der Tür definierten Öffnung zugänglich ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der von der Außenseite der Tür ins Innere des Rings (7) eingeführte Schaft (2) insbesondere während der Drehung des Rings (7) drehfest ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Modul ein mechanische Elemente zur Öffnungs-/Schließsteuerung der Tür enthaltendes kinematisches Modul (20) aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, auf der Innenseite der Tür montiert zu werden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuermodul (20) eine mit einer Öffnung (22) eines Türaußenblechs (5) fluchtende Bohrung (24) in axialer Flucht mit der Öffnung (22) definiert, um den Schaft (2) im Wesentlichen direkt in axialer Entsprechung mit dem Ring (7) zu führen.
  8. Verfahren zum Einbau eines Riegelschafts eines Fahrzeugtürschlosses, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    a) Montage, von der Innenseite der Tür, eines Schlosssteuerungsmoduls, wobei das Modul einen Verriegelungsring (7) enthält, der drehbeweglich und mit einem Kragen (8) versehen ist, der sich radial zur Innenseite des Rings erstreckt, wobei der Kragen mindestens eine Aussparung (9) aufweist, wobei der Ring einen gezahnten Abschnitt (10) aufweist;
    b) Montage von der Außenseite der Tür in Wirkverbindung mit dem Modul, indem ins Innere des Rings (7) ein Riegelschaft (2) eingeführt wird, wobei der Riegelschaft mindestens einen Zapfen (6) aufweist, der geeignet ist, um durch die Aussparung (9) hindurch eingeführt zu werden, und der sich radial nach außen erstreckt; und
    c) Drehen des Rings (7) durch Antriebseinrichtungen, die mit dem gezahnten Abschnitt (10) in Eingriff stehen, von einer Einführstellung des Zapfens (6) des Schafts (2) durch die Aussparung (9) hindurch in eine Blockierstellung des Zapfens (6) in einem Abschnitt des Kragens (8), der keine Aussparung (9) aufweist.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, das den Schritt des Antriebs des Rings (7) durch eine Schnecke aufweist, vorzugsweise, indem auf die Schnecke ausgehend von einer Öffnung zugegriffen wird, die in einer Kante der Tür definiert ist.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Einbauvorrichtung eines Fahrzeugtürschlosses, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    a) Herstellung eines Schlosssteuerungsmoduls zur Montage auf der Innenseite der Tür, wobei das Modul einen Verriegelungsring (7) aufweist, der drehbeweglich und mit einem Kragen (8) versehen ist, der sich radial zur Innenseite des Rings erstreckt, wobei der Kragen mindestens eine Aussparung (9) aufweist, wobei der Ring einen gezahnten Abschnitt (10) aufweist;
    b) Herstellung eines Riegelschafts (2) zur Montage auf der Außenseite der Tür in Wirkverbindung mit dem Modul, indem der Riegelschaft ins Innere des Rings (7) eingeführt wird, wobei der Riegelschaft mindestens einen Zapfen (6) aufweist, der geeignet ist, um durch die Aussparung (9) hindurch eingeführt zu werden, und der sich radial nach außen erstreckt; und
    c) Herstellung von Montage-Antriebseinrichtungen, die mit dem gezahnten Abschnitt (10) zum Drehen des Rings (7) von einer Einführstellung des Zapfens (6) des Schafts (2) durch die Aussparung (9) hindurch in eine Blockierstellung des Zapfens (6) in einem Abschnitt des Kragens (8), der keine Aussparung (9) aufweist, in Eingriff stehen.
