The bottle is held in the base by a collar (16) supported around the neck and a tubular element (8). The tubular element integrates elastic means (10) located between its first (12) and second (14) parts which vary the distance between the two parts. The tubular element is connected to the base by its second part. Coupling means (18) fix the ring to the first part of the tubular element.

Description

The invention relates to an assembly intended to contain a fluid, in especially a cosmetic fluid.

We usually know sets comprising:
  • a bottle extending in a direction of elongation and having a neck through which the fluid is intended to flow,
  • an essentially tubular base, extending in said direction of elongation, covering most of the bottle, and having a bottom in contact with which the bottle comes to rest
  • retaining means for holding the bottle in the base.

Thus, the base allows to embellish the bottle. However, to reduce manufacturing costs, it's common to use vials (see basics) with dimensional tolerances of the order of 5%. It is then good difficult to keep the bottle in the base satisfactorily (in particular avoid any unexpected relative displacement) while ensuring precise assembly of the visible elements of the assembly in order to obtain excellent aesthetic qualities.

To solve this problem, the invention proposes that the retaining means include:
  • a ring resting on the bottle, around the neck,
  • a tubular element extending in the direction of elongation, said tubular element integrating elastic means disposed between a first part and a second part of the tubular element to vary the distance between said first part and said second part of the tubular element, said tubular element being connected to said base via its second part, and
  • attachment means for fixing the ring to the first part of the tubular element.

Thus, the elastic means make it possible to absorb the variations dimensions of the bottle and / or the base, so that the bottle rests always in the same way in the base (in the same relative position in the direction of elongation) and that there is no play between the ring and the bottle.

In order to facilitate the fixing of the ring on the first part of the tubular element, according to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the ring is fixed on the first part of the tubular element via bayonet hooking means.

Thus, after engagement of the ring around the neck of the bottle, it suffices to turn the ring to fix the bottle.

In order to obtain a simple, robust and inexpensive connection between the tubular element (in particular its second part) and the base, advantageously the assembly comprises latching means and the second part of the tubular element is closely interposed between the base and the bottle perpendicular to said direction of elongation.

Thus, due to the snap-fastening, the connection between the tubular element and the base is obtained automatically when the tubular element is inserted in the base and its release is no longer possible once the bottle is inserted in the tubular element.

Alternatively, said tubular element may be integrated into the base, in other words obtained from matter with the base to form a monobloc assembly.

The number of parts and therefore the number of assemblies is thus reduced.

In addition, the invention proposes that the elastic means consist of:
  • a succession of rings perpendicular to the direction of elongation, and
  • a succession of bridges connecting two successive rings, arranged so that radially to the direction of elongation two successive bridges have an angular offset.

Such elastic means are particularly suitable when wishes a relative displacement between the first and the second part of the tubular element essentially by translation in the direction elongation.

The invention will appear even more clearly in the description which follows, made with reference to the appended drawings in which:
  • Figure 1 is a median sectional view of an assembly according to the invention
  • FIG. 2 is a view in accordance with FIG. 1 of the assembly before final assembly,
  • FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the assembly without the bottle,
  • Figure 4 is a view according to Figure 1 of an alternative embodiment.

The bottle 2 is provided with a neck 30 through which the contained fluid by the bottle is intended to spill.

La base 4 recouvre l'essentiel du flacon 2. Elle est principalement tubulaire et munie d'un fond 5 sur lequel vient reposer le fond 3 du flacon 2.The base 4 covers most of the bottle 2. It is mainly tubular and provided with a bottom 5 on which the bottom 3 of the bottle 2 rests.

The tubular element 8 comprises a first part 12 and a second part 14 connected by a tension spring 10. It is closely inserted inside the base 4 and its second part 14 has externally a chamfered shoulder 22 cooperating with a groove 24 of complementary shape formed in the base 4. The chamfered part 22a of the shoulder facilitates the insertion of the shoulder 22 into the groove 24 by elastic deformation of the tubular element 8.

Une fois l'épaulement 22 inséré dans la rainure 24, le flacon 2 est étroitement inséré à l'intérieur de l'élément tubulaire 8 et l'élément tubulaire ne peut plus être retiré de la base 4.Once the shoulder 22 has been inserted into the groove 24, the bottle 2 is tightly inserted inside the tubular member 8 and the tubular member can no longer be removed from base 4.

Les tétons 18 se trouvent alors maintenus dans la rainure 20.In order to keep the bottle 2 in the base 4, the ring 16 is threaded around the neck 30, then brought to bear on the bottle 2. The ring 16 is provided nipples 18 which are inserted into a groove 20 formed at the end free from the external surface of the first part 12. The pins 18 cooperate with the groove 20 to form bayonet hooking means, so that by rotating the ring 16, the spring 10 is stretched and then the attachment means. The nipples 18 are then held in the groove 20.

Thus, after having released the ring 16, said ring comes to press the bottle 2 around the neck 30 under the action of the spring 10, and consequently keeps the bottom 3 of the bottle 2 pressed under pressure against the bottom 5 of the base 4.

L'étirement du ressort 10 varie en fonction de la longueur du flacon 2 selon la direction d'allongement 6.The stretching of the spring 10 varies as a function of the length of the bottle 2 according to the direction of elongation 6.

Said spring 10 consists of a succession of rings 26 and of spaces 27 superimposed in the direction of elongation 6. The rings 26 successive are connected by bridges 28 extending into the spaces 27 parallel to the direction of elongation 6. The bridges 28 extending in two consecutive spaces 27 are angularly offset by a non-zero angle α, radially to the direction of elongation, so that the stretching of the spring 10 is mainly obtained by deformation of the rings 26.

Pins corresponding to those in Figures 1 to 3 have been increased by 100.

Set 101 is essentially different from set 1 in that that the tubular element 108 is integrated into the base 104, the second part 114 and the base 104 having merged. Thus, the spring 110 is interposed between the first part 112 and the base 104. The spring 110, the first part 112 and the base 104 therefore form a one-piece assembly obtained from material.

The shape of the ring 116 has been slightly modified accordingly.

Compte tenu des caractéristiques mécaniques que doit présenter le ressort 10,110, l'élément tubulaire 8, 108 sera avantageusement réalisé en polyoxyméthylène, polyacétal ou poyformaldéhyde (POM).Taking into account the mechanical characteristics that the spring 10,110, the tubular element 8, 108 will advantageously be made of polyoxymethylene, polyacetal or poyformaldehyde (POM).
