Diese Streubereiche 15 werden mittels eines ersten Siebdruckes auf das Rohmaterial aufgebracht. In einem zweiten Schritt, ebenfalls im Siebdruckverfahren, wird entsprechend der Maske gemäß FIG 4 ein getönter Bereich 17 aufgedruckt, welcher zur Verdunkelung der Sicht auf die 7-Segment-Anzeige im Anzeigefenster 7 dient. Ein dritter Bedruckungsvorgang, ebenfalls im Siebdruckverfahren, betrifft das Anbringen eines Siebdruckklebers. Die Folie wird an all den Stellen außerhalb der Durchbrüche für die Drucktasten und auch außerhalb der Anzeigefelder 15, 17, jedoch auf der Seite der Abdeckfolie, welche der Seite mit den Anzeigefeldern 15, 17 gegenüberliegt, mit Kleber bedruckt, wobei anschließend der aufgebrachte Kleber gegen Verschmutzen mittels einer Silikonpapier-Abdeckung bis zum Aufkleben der Abdeckfolie 11 auf den Blendeneinleger 1 gesichert wird.The display sheet 11 is manufactured by a screen printing method. Claims (9)

  1. Panel insert for a household apparatus made from non-transparent material, in particular made from metal, having openings for display elements which are arranged within the household apparatus behind the panel insert, characterised in that an integrally designed cover film is assigned to the panel insert on its rear side such that it serves to cover all display elements, wherein the cover film prevents penetration through these openings from the outside onto the display elements arranged in each case therebehind and enables the optical signals emitted by the display elements to shine through and the cover film (11) has at least two regions (15, 17) with different light-permeability capacity.
  2. Panel insert according to claim 1, characterised in that the cover film (11) comprises openings (13) for the passage of operating elements, which have a geometric covering with openings (3) in the panel insert (1) for the passage of the operating elements.
  3. Panel insert according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the cover film (11) is an adhesive punched part.
  4. Panel insert according to claim 3, characterised in that the adhesive layer is protected by a silicone paper until application onto the panel insert.
  5. Panel insert according to claim 1, characterised in that the cover film has a more strongly tinted region (17) to cover a 7-segment display.
  6. Panel insert according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the cover film (11) has a carrier film, in particular a polycarbonate film or polyethylene film, which is coated with a light-scattering and/or a tinting layer.
  7. Panel insert according to claim 6, characterised in that the carrier film has an applied adhesive layer (19).
  8. Panel insert according to claim 7, characterised in that the adhesive layer and the light-scattering and/or tinting layer are arranged on different sides of the cover film.
  9. Panel insert according to one of claims 6 to 8, characterised in that the cover film (11) is produced by the screen printing process or tampon printing process.
