Abstract

The decoration foil (13) has recesses for operating elements (9) or for indicating marking zones in surroundings. The recesses are provided for visualization of markings at housing surfaces in the marking zones. The recesses are represented in replacement markings (11a',11b',11c',11d',11e'). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a decoration foil.

[0001] Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Dekorfolie zum Aufkleben auf Gehäuseoberflächen von Geräten mit Bedienelementen und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung gemäss den Merkmalen der Patentansprüche 1 und 3. Über online-Shops können solche Schnittmuster ausgewählt und entsprechend der persönlichen Wünsche gestaltet werden. Die dafür erforderlichen Grafikprogramme werden von den Betreibern solcher online-Shops über Internet zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei den Schnittmustern für Geräte sind gegebenenfalls erforderliche Aussparungen für Anzeigen oder Bedienelemente exakt vordefiniert. Die bedruckbaren restlichen Flächen können individuell gestaltet werden. Danach wird die Folie mit dem gewünschten Design von einem spezialisierten Hersteller bedruckt und geschnitten. Vorzugsweise sind die Folien sehr flexible, anschmiegsame Vinylfolien, deren Rückseite mit einer Klebeschicht zum einfachen, blasenfreien Aufkleben auf eine Oberfläche ausgerüstet ist.
