Claims (10)
- Système de convoyage de gobelets dans un automate de distribution de boissons comportant des empilements de gobelets correspondant chacun à l'une des boissons disponibles, prévu pour véhiculer un gobelet vers un espace accessible depuis l'extérieur de l'automate en réponse à une sélection opérée par l'utilisateur, caractérisé en ce que chaque empilement de gobelets, positionné de manière fixe par rapport à l'automate, comporte un dispositif propre d'extraction de gobelet, surmontant un plateau horizontal (1) rotatif autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe des empilements et positionné pour réceptionner chaque gobelet libéré, des moyens de commande l'entraínant suivant une rotation complète après chaque réception d'un gobelet, des moyens de rétention étant prévus pour retenir le gobelet dans l'espace accessible en vue de son enlèvement par l'utilisateur lorsque la boisson est prête.
- Système de convoyage de gobelets selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande en rotation sur une révolution du plateau (1) consistent en un électroaimant dont le noyau est logé au repos verticalement dans un orifice pratiqué dans la surface du plateau (1), ledit noyau étant disposé sous un commutateur de sorte que lorsque l'électroaimant est excité suite à une manipulation de sélection d'une boisson par un utilisateur, le noyau se soulève et s'extrait de l'orifice, actionne le commutateur qui déclenche un moteur d'entraínement du plateau (1) libéré du noyau, et retombe dans l'orifice après une révolution, cessant d'actionner le commutateur et bloquant la rotation du plateau (1).
- Système de convoyage de gobelets selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau (1) est muni d'un rebord externe (3) et d'une paroi interne (4) circulaires en vis-à-vis délimitant un volume d'allure annulaire de réception de chaque gobelet libéré par un empilement.
- Système de convoyage de gobelets selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le rebord externe (3) comporte une fenêtre (5) d'accès au volume de réception localisée, lorsque le plateau (1) est immobilisé, au niveau de l'espace accessible depuis l'extérieur de l'automate.
- Système de convoyage de gobelets selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rebord externe (3) est évasé vers le haut, et partiellement localisé sous les empilements de gobelets, de sorte que chaque gobelet inférieur extrait d'un empilement, tombant par gravitation vers le volume de réception, soit dans un premier temps guidé axialement par le gobelet disposé immédiatement au-dessus dans l'empilement, dont le fond est situé sous le niveau du bord libre du rebord (3), puis simultanément par la pente du rebord (3) qu'il heurte et par ledit gobelet, et retombe enfin vers le fond du volume de réception en gardant le contact avec le seul rebord (3) incliné, sur une hauteur n'excédant pas 15 à 20 mm, le basculement du gobelet étant empêché d'une part vers l'intérieur du plateau par la paroi interne (4) et d'autre part dans une direction tangentielle au rebord (3) par le faible rayon de courbure de celui-ci qui constitue alors un obstacle au basculement tangentiel.
- Système de convoyage de gobelets selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le fond du volume de réception comporte des orifices (8).
- Système de convoyage de gobelets selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le plateau (1) surmonte un bac de récupération amovible recueillant le liquide franchissant lesdits orifices (8).
- Système de convoyage de gobelets selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'eau recueillie dans le bac de récupération s'écoule dans un seau équipé d'un flotteur couplé à un capteur de niveau, qui empêche le fonctionnement de l'automate de distribution de boissons lorsque le seau est rempli.
- Système de convoyage de gobelets selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de rétention du gobelet dans l'espace accessible depuis l'extérieur de l'automate consistent en un ergot fixe relativement à ce dernier, et disposé sur la trajectoire du gobelet entraíné par le plateau, bloquant ledit gobelet qui glisse sur la surface du plateau (1) pendant la fin du cycle de révolution de ce dernier.
- Automate de fabrication et de distribution de boissons à partir de poudre ou de grains lyophilisés disposés dans le fond d'un gobelet et dilués dans de l'eau projetée par une tête de projection d'au moins un jet d'eau sous pression, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un système de convoyage de gobelets selon les revendications précédentes.
